The size of the room is large enough for family. There are 3 beds.
The location is slightly far from the shopping and restaurant areas. It is difficult to get transportation without booking in advance.

The residence is lovely and a very short walk from all the main attractions. We had a room overlooking the river which was wonderful. We also loved the fact that they had a washing machine and dryer. The staff was very helpful with any of our needs although not having a person on Sundays could be a challenge for some visitors.
Personally, I think they would do even better if they offered a breakfast as they have a lovely sitting area underneath the lobby. In addition, I think the charge of 60 Euro to change the towels and sheets (we didn't use it) and cleaning the room is very expensive.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was very comfortable and can suit a group of up to six people. The property was easily accessible with entry codes - the remote check in was seamless and the staff proactive and courteous. The apartment has everything one needs for a short or even long stay. The decor is classic but the property is kept well and clean. The location is very convenient, approximately 10 minutes walk from the Uffizi. The real plus is the amazing view from the terrace, which we made extensive use of.
This is a note not a criticism as the place is great and highly recommended - there is a lift in the building but the penthouse apartment is accessible through a steep stone staircase that may be a problem for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. There is a fan on the roof that probably connects to another flats AC and is quite noisy when it is in operation. Luckily for us it was only 10 minutes but could be a problem in summer.

Good location. Nice sized rooms with everything you need. Comfortable bed. There are several restaurants nearby so don't need to go back to centre to eat out. Also supermarket within 10/12 minutes walk near the bridge .
Could have done with a few more instructions re air con and TV. Never got air con to come on although it was not a big deal it could have been. I specifically asked if there were satellite channels but although Netflix was on the TV we couldn't access it so couldn't find much in English. I wasn't sure the reception was the person responsible to ask.

The accomodation is a short walk to all things wonderful in Florence. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were big with tall ceilings. Unfortunately at the time we visited the weather was cold which made the accomodation/rooms very very cold. We were offered extra blankets but were unable to use the heating due to government restrictions on businesses using heating. This hotel will charge you for cleaning the room each day and for changing towels (on top of the accomodation you pay which is hefty!) However they do offer washing machine and dryers (that takes a very very long time!!!!Im on holidays! To be effective.

The decor was nice
No AC, sink stopped up, wanted u to pay 8 eu per person for additional towels, construction wakes I up at 7 am going on across the street. I did not get room either balcony as stated when booked I paid 270 per nt and now booking at 186. Not happy at all. Reception was not helpful. When I asked for a fan told no. Water took 3 minutes to get warm. All in all worst of 4 hotels I stayed at in Italy even though far more expensive. Manager could care less if u r happy. U need to reduce star rating.
