The room and its location is excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. Walkable to most attractions. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
The AC doesn’t seem to cool the room fast enough. Not a big issue as you can open the windows.

Comfortable, elegant, walking closet, had everything we needed. Bus stop right opposite to the building. Conviniently located on the bank of Aro river, city centre can be easily reached by foot. Bus stop right opposite to the building. Would love to come back again.

Such a warm and inviting place. We were greeted with great staff showing us the amenities. The location is perfect! The views were absolutely stunning day and night!
Just out of the city center in a very walkable area with plenty of places nearby to eat also. Would highly recommend and would love to come stay again.

✅ The view of the river and the city was breathtaking
✅ The location is perfect just a few minutes walk from everything
✅ The family suite with two rooms is perfect for a family of four
✅ The hint atmosphere of the hotel is perfect
✅ The traditional interior design is exactly what we were looking for in Florence
Missing breakfast, but that wasn't a big problem
And also we didn't have the room cleaned or beds made for 4 days but maybe that was because we never put the sign outside our door

This place was amazing! We had a family of 7 and were given two apartments. Each one was unique and exactly as pictured. We had the best time! Just a quick walk to the city center and all the tourist spots. Hosts were great to work with. We parked our van using the parking they recommended and had no issues. Would highly recommend!

Cool location in the quiet area out of the center but very close to it, the rooms are well furnished, clean and spacious with a very cosy balcony. Amazing experience

It was an easy 15 minute walk across the canal to the main areas. But the area itself was beautiful, very close to piazzale michelangelo and ponte vecchio with lots of shops and restaurants around. The hotel staff was really lovely and it was easy to leave our belongings before and after check in so we could continue to explore without our luggage. Would definitely return for a stay here the next time I am in Florence.
There could have been slightly more security around the baggage storage area.

The staff were exceptional, even if they might not be in the office 24/7 they were so helpful and made sure everything was clear for when we arrived outside of their office hours. Such a good location! Bus stop right near the building! We were so happy they had a laundry room and irons in the lower level.

Great location - very near Piazzale Michaelangelo viewpoint and an easy walk across the river into central Florence. Nice restaurants and cafes/bars very near by. Large rooms/apartment space. Very clean. Welcoming staff.
