The apartment was very roomy, decorated cute, clean, and cool. It was in a good location.
The neighbors left their baby screaming for hours! We were awake from two am all the way through until five am. We tried to contact someone and no one responded. If we would have been able to sleep it would have been a 9 score. The screaming and crying for hours on end and the door connecting us to the neighbors that was locked gave no sound barrier. Hours of screaming and crying! We were up and showered at 5 am due to this! Exhausted in the heat and no sleep does not make a trip pleasant.

l liked the comfort and cleanliness of room as well as the view. Shower was big for Europe!
The location wasn't great if you wanted to go back to the room as l did because needed a break from the heat. Not much
nearby for food. The only thing close was Piazza Michaelangelo. l reserved a non refundable room which was foolish of me because l needed to change dates to have someone to go with and they refused to change dates even though dates available. Front desk guy nice but l not great about knowing about buses that stop right out front. Bus 28 does stop there even though he told me l had to walk across bridge.

Quick walk across the Arno River to everything. Several local places to eat nearby. The view of the churches and history from our room gave a nice sense of Florence
Some noisy guests directly above us. A call to management resolved the noise.

We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but it was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The penthouse apartment with the balcony was absolutely amazing. Lots of space! Breathtaking views.
One minor thing- we didn’t realize reception closed at 2pm and my husband couldn’t get in while my daughter and I were out shopping. I think there was supposed to be a code to get in the building, but I missed that somehow. Very minor issue to an otherwise perfect stay!

Outside our window was a tree with flashing Christmas lights all night. Would be great if they were is timer.

The room was surprisingly larger than expected. It was a great location and the staff extremely helpful. They left excellent check in instructions and when our door wasn’t working properly were very quick to reply and fix the problem.
There isn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. If we ever return to Florence I would choose it again.

The room and its location is excellent. We had a very comfortable stay. Walkable to most attractions. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel.
The AC doesn’t seem to cool the room fast enough. Not a big issue as you can open the windows.

Comfortable, elegant, walking closet, had everything we needed. Bus stop right opposite to the building. Conviniently located on the bank of Aro river, city centre can be easily reached by foot. Bus stop right opposite to the building. Would love to come back again.

Such a warm and inviting place. We were greeted with great staff showing us the amenities. The location is perfect! The views were absolutely stunning day and night!
Just out of the city center in a very walkable area with plenty of places nearby to eat also. Would highly recommend and would love to come stay again.

✅ The view of the river and the city was breathtaking
✅ The location is perfect just a few minutes walk from everything
✅ The family suite with two rooms is perfect for a family of four
✅ The hint atmosphere of the hotel is perfect
✅ The traditional interior design is exactly what we were looking for in Florence
Missing breakfast, but that wasn't a big problem
And also we didn't have the room cleaned or beds made for 4 days but maybe that was because we never put the sign outside our door
