I loved the location. Could not be beat! Close to restaurants, the train and yet not noisy
Toilet was really hard to flush . I wt to damage and mold I’m master bedroom. Shower is tiny.

The host(s) were very friendly, very easy to communicate and very understandable. I would recommend to a friend if they visit Florence. I loved the location as it was not the most busiest part of Florence, but just enough to seek variaty of restaurants very closeby.
I knew before there were no elevators, but it was quite a journey to carry two half size carriers up to the 2nd floor. Also there were missing bathroom key which we couldn't lock from the inside.

Absolutely beautiful apartment and staff! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us early and were very responsive in communications. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had nice amenities. The location was phenomenal, in the heart of Florence and yet it was quiet in the apartment.
Just be aware that there are several flights of stairs to reach the front door. This is not a deterrent for us and I would absolutely book again in a heartbeat but this is something to be aware of if you have large suitcases, small children, strollers, difficulty with mobility, or simply don’t like stairs.

This property exceeded our expectation, it was fantastic.
It was spacious, super clean and located in the best part of Florence in the city centre. The host was fabulous, she was quick to respond and full of recommendations. We can’t wait to come back to San Lorenzo Five Senses. A+

Had a great stay. The unit is facing the courtyard which makes it quiet. But as soon as you leave the house you are in the middle of everything. Perfect location!

Very Poor
The space was big but the beds were uncomfortable especially mine which was a sofa bed in the kitchen.
Too many flights of steps to climb in an old building with luggage so if you even have a carry on it was quite a hike. I’d select an apartment with an elevator and will moving forward.

large bedrooms, fresh and clean; great position and super quiet at night. Our host went the extra mile to secure something left behind and get it to us.

The property is conveniently located in the center of Florence and only 7 minutes away from the train station. The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and one bath
Although the host, Antonella is very good about giving valuable information about Florence, we were given firm instruction about the usage of the property including strict departure time of 10 am without an opportunity to keep luggage even for 45 min. Our train was 2 hour after our departure time, so it was a bit challenging for us. In all our prior travels we were offered either a later check out and/or an opportunity to store our luggage at the place.

Tradition Italian moka coffee pot is provided instead of capsule coffee machine! Locate on 2nd floor is not suitable for group with heavy luggage! Shower room is small and drainage is slow!

Nice location (if you like being in the middle of the busy historical center).
Spacious apartment, high ceilings and very well equipped. Good kitchen. Host was very friendly and responsive.
The apartment faces an interior courtyard, thus there is not a huge amount of light.
Apartment has thoughtful design and color choices but lacks charm and originality.

Antonella was an excellent host, very knowledgeable of the area. Location was excellent.
Not a problem for us, but others did mention the numerous stairs. If mobility is an issue, this is something you should know.
