This Hotel is near the Ufizzi/Pitti Palace, Plaza Del Vecchio and Santa Croce. Since Florence is so compact, it is also within walking distance to the Accademia and the Duomo. It is located on a small but busy square, but that clears out at night. Our room faced the square but was very quiet even when there were a lot of people outside there in the square. The air conditioning was great too. The breakfast was very good with a variety dishes for everyone’s preferences. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was a perfect location for our stay seeing the major sights.

The location was amazing!! In a pretty little square and just a short walk from all the main sites which is a big plus when you’re doing so much walking every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with recommendations for food and gelato, and even helped us book tickets to some sites as well when I had trouble booking them on my own. We had cleaning service twice a day which was awesome! Once in the morning and once right before bed. Coming from the US where we get cleaning in hotels maybe every third day or only upon request, this was a breath of fresh air. The room was nice and had a beautiful view to the square and Bargello. The breakfast had a good variety of items and was a great way start to the day. I really can’t say enough about this location though…if you’re in doubt, don’t be! We will definitely stay here again when we hopefully go back to Florence some day. Thanks for the magical time, San Firenze Suites & Spa!

The 2-level loft room is really unique in its views and comfort. Despite the central location the room is quiet and you can open the roof window at night. The breakfast was great. The location of the hotel is perfect to reach all sightseeings. The staff is helpful.
The hotel in the ZTL zone so if you have a car you can go to the hotel directly (your car will be put in the relevant database after to avoid the fines) but it is not easy driving due to a lot of people.

First the help of the staff was excellent, location is perfect right in the heart of the historic city. Highly recommend this hotel.
It is located in a ZTL (traffic zone) and is hard to reach by car. The hotel is helpful and hopefully they did their job and I don’t get any tickets.

The location was phenomenal… near so many attractions and restaurants. The property was beautifully decorated and our suite was lovely. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning at the hotel as well. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
