This hotel was centrally located and close to many attractions. The staff was very nice and went above and beyond to answer your questions. Breakfast had a large selection and was delicious. I would stay here again. Rooms were big and clean.

Amazing experience. The hotel has a great location. We were first greeted by an amazing reception team, very helpful. They were great throughout the whole stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and its amenities were great.

The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk to all landmark attractions. Such hot weather we are lucky enough to return to our suite often to rest. The room was also new and well appointed and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful. Parking is promptly arranged when driving to the hotel. We had a wonderful vacation in Florence

the view and the staff were amazing!
the propertys furniture (carpets & sofa) need machine cleaning because they made the room smell mucky! also the price for the property is slightly exaggerated the payment was merely for the view- not the space or luxury.
