The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. A two-minute walk to the Palazzo Vecchio and a short 6-minute walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria De Fiore. Breakfast was also excellent, the staff at breakfast were very helpful and assisted with coffee, tea, expresso, etc. The selection at breakfast was outstanding and had us prepared to face a some very long days in Florence. The front desk staff were instrumental in setting up a transfer from the airport to the hotel, as well as, requesting a taxi to transport us to the train station. They recommended things within the city, attractions and restaurants.
Sadly, the weekend crowd in Florence is a little loud in the overnight, that would be my only complaint, which has nothing to do with the great hotel and outstanding staff.

Loved the location and the apartment was nice and spacious.
There was no place to put our luggage in the bedroom. There is a closet, but it would have been better if they just had two luggage racks and a hanging bar. Also there was no where to hang towels in the bathroom.

Location and the first room I booked was great!
Unfortunately, a few things.
After extending stay, they only had one option “ discounted price “ I wish they would’ve mentioned it was in the center of the hotel next to the elevator where you could hear everything! Including my neighbors next-door. The walls were so thin I could hear them breathe!
Housekeeping did not meet basic expectations. I cannot recall a single visit where supplies were refilled correctly—items like soap, lotion, hair caps, and trash removal were repeatedly overlooked.
On one late night return to the room, I still had unresolved housekeeping concerns and had to contact the front desk to bring up some necessary items. Also, breakfast was redundant, especially if you have an extended stay here.

Location is amazing...short walks to Duomo, Santa Croche, Accademia, Ufizzi, the Arno and so many other smaller museums. A short walk to the train station and since the hotel is on a piazza, easy access for taxi.
Breakfast was always fresh and delicious, service was fantastic every day.

No stairs, only elevator.
The bed sheets were loose sheets with a cushion in between, which kept moving and made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Great location and they were very organized. They offer an aperitif which was nice and in the morning the breakfast was nice too. They have very nice soaps in the room and at the spa, there are nice little touches.
The sauna in the spa wasn’t working and we weren’t advised before hand so we could decide to do it or not. The jacuzzi is like a small tub with jets, the Turkish bath doesn’t have any scents and the emotional shower was just a normal shower with lights. There’s no cold plunge or cold walk. And the one hour was just not relaxing but rushed. Not worth the price for the spa. They discounted the spa because we called while we where there to tell them the Sauna wasn’t working. A little disappointing. But the staff was nice and it’s very central near behind Palazzo Vecchio.

Friendly and helpful staff with a great breakfast and beautifully decorated room within minutes walk to all major attractions.
The stairs were not easily accessible for those not wishing to take the elevator.
