The personal war super friendly and very efficient. The bed was super comfortable, the room quiet and the breakfast hat a great selection of sweets.

We had a very good stay with my wife. The location is within walking distance of both the train station and tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were particularly pleased with the variety and quality of the breakfast. In this regard, we would like to extend our special thanks to Ms Maryam from the breakfast team. She is extremely hospitable and takes a personal interest in the needs of all guests. Good location, 10 minute walk to Duomo. Immaculate room, comfy bed and a good selection for breakfast. Reception staff were super friendly and you could Whats App them with any queries you had

The staff was very lovely and gave good recommendations. The hotel room was just like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is within a walkable distance to every big attraction (max 20min walk to Palazzo Pitti).
We had a front facing room and unfortunately the windows don’t isolate the street sound very well. Recommend bringing some earplugs

Staying at this hotel on my birthday was truly an unforgettable experience.
On the morning of March 22nd, I came down to breakfast wearing a birthday crown. Meriam, one of the restaurant staff, noticed it right away and wished me a happy birthday. While I was having my breakfast, entirely on her own initiative, she prepared a cupcake, lit a candle, and came to my table singing happy birthday. This unexpected surprise genuinely moved me to tears of joy.
The next morning, I shared this wonderful gesture with one of the hotel staff, Antenollo, and that's how I learned Meriam's name. When I returned to my room that evening, a beautiful flower and an elegant birthday note were waiting for me — the hotel management had remembered my birthday.
Hotels where both the staff and management care this deeply about a guest's happiness are truly rare. Highly recommended.

An amazing stay in Florence! The location is perfect for exploring the city, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to help. The rooms are spacious, beautifully kept, and very comfortable.
