Big bed&room, delicious breakfast especially yogurt machine :), easy to reach everywhere thats because there is a bus stop in front of the hotel
My room looking backyard on the first floor thats why the view was not good but it was silence. In the bathroom sink faucet's hot and cold water were reversed be carefull :))

Staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice . The bedding was clean
Air conditioning was off in the entire hotel. It was 64 outside very humid had to open windows so room was infested with mosquitoes and very hot. Also the size of the showers was tiny couldn’t close it to shower was no room

The hotel is spotless, offers a delicious breakfast (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM), provides excellent service, and has a fantastic location.

good location, reception was very helpful and very nice.
Although they came twice to look at it, the toilet in my room wouldn't flush. You had to flush it like 4 or 5 times before it would go down.

Great location in the middle of Florence, only about a 10 mins walk from Santa Maria Novella Station. The breakfast is completely free and goes all the way until almost noon with a wide variety of options. The staff were super friendly and helpful to us during our stay, and the rooms do the job when it comes to cleanliness.
The shower temperature was a bit inconsistent as sometimes it would be really cold or really hot and it would take a couple mins for it to adjust to ideal temperature. Other than that, I can't think of many other cons

Room was bright and comfortable. Hotel breakfast spread was good. Location is very assessable to any location you want to go to be honest. near the train station which is just a 10mins walk, near to the piazza and all sorts.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful especially those serving breakfast!
The corridor was really dark! which was quite odd for me but thankfully rooms are bright!

Very nice modern property, spacious rooms, super comfy bed and nice bathroom, and a fabulous breakfast (offered from 7- NOON!). Location was perfect for our visit as daughter had apartment next store. Everything is walkable in Florence - 10mins from Duomo, Accademia, Train station, wine windows, and many restaurants. Furthest tourist spot is 25- 30mins walking from this neighborhood. Quieter part of town which was great for sleeping and winding down, and a bit away from the heavy tourist areas - if you need a break.

The complimentary breakfast was Italian & American, very good I must say. We loved the fresh squeeze juices, pineapple was our fav! The staff was amazing and so helpful to recommend sites to visit and eat. The room was a good size for me and my son, kind of small but we were there only for 2 days. Location was perfect, 15min walk from train station, and it is 4min walk to the flea market on sunday and a city playground. Walking distance to everything tourist in Florence. Corner stores near by for snacks.
Only 2 english speaking tv channels, no cartoons, and about 5-7 channels offered total. I struggled to figure out the AC to get it cooler. Room entry design is short with tight curves for bringing in luggage and stroller.

The hotel is modernly designed and in a great location — you can reach places like the train station and the Duomo within a 10-minute walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The single room is a bit small, and the bed is also quite small. Also, the price dropped after I made my booking, which wasn’t good.

Excellent location; friendly and professional staff; a hearty breakfast. Amazing view from my room!
The air conditioning was shut off for the season and it was a warm weekend so the room was warm and stuffy unless I opened the window, which then let in the bugs. A fan was delivered by housekeeping and I didn't realize it hadn't been cleaned so when I initially turned it on, huge dust bunnies flew all over the area in front of the fan.

The staff was absolutely outstanding, both at the front desk and the breakfast area. They were friendly, helpful, and made the stay enjoyable.
The only downside was the shower, which was quite clunky. I had to place towels around it to keep water from spilling all over the bathroom floor.
