Good location, 10 minute walk to Duomo. Immaculate room, comfy bed and a good selection for breakfast. Reception staff were super friendly and you could Whats App them with any queries you had

The staff was very lovely and gave good recommendations. The hotel room was just like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is within a walkable distance to every big attraction (max 20min walk to Palazzo Pitti).
We had a front facing room and unfortunately the windows don’t isolate the street sound very well. Recommend bringing some earplugs

Staying at this hotel on my birthday was truly an unforgettable experience.
On the morning of March 22nd, I came down to breakfast wearing a birthday crown. Meriam, one of the restaurant staff, noticed it right away and wished me a happy birthday. While I was having my breakfast, entirely on her own initiative, she prepared a cupcake, lit a candle, and came to my table singing happy birthday. This unexpected surprise genuinely moved me to tears of joy.
The next morning, I shared this wonderful gesture with one of the hotel staff, Antenollo, and that's how I learned Meriam's name. When I returned to my room that evening, a beautiful flower and an elegant birthday note were waiting for me — the hotel management had remembered my birthday.
Hotels where both the staff and management care this deeply about a guest's happiness are truly rare. Highly recommended.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed for our stay in Florence. The hotel is modern, clean and ideally located for easy access to the city centre. The breakfast was great, plenty of choice and quality. All of the staff that we encountered were helpful and friendly.
We would stay here again and will recommend it to others.

I LOVED this hotel! This hotel provides amazing design, comfort, and value. I was blown away by the kindness of staff, who also let me leave my belongings so I could explore Florence prior to check-in. The hotel is honestly the best one I stayed in during my entire trip to Italy. I came with a carry-on bag (so keep that in mind), but I had enough space in my room to open my luggage without issue. The room is so nicely decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable! It feels like a high end hotel at every level, but a fraction of the price. Plus, the breakfast spread is fantastic! I would 10000% stay here again and have even arranged to stay in another Room Mate hotel for another trip.
