The stay was excellent, with a comfortable sleep supported by fluffy pillows and a dreamy mattress. Breakfast offered daily variety and shifted each morning. The location was ideal—near everything yet removed from noise or crowds. I would return here without considering another hotel in Florence.

Spoons in the cereal jars . Impossible to get the cereal out . A petty minus but maybe worth the hotel changing

Our best hotel of the trip so far. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Florence and a few minutes from everything. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful; Davide guided us through the arrival step by step, and they took care of the car and the garage themselves, which made the ZTL stress disappear. Free breakfast, lift to every floor, spotless room. Everything was simply flawless.

Good location, walking distance to all the main sites and lots of nice restaurants. Also easy to get to from the station. Breakfast was good and the staff were welcoming and friendly.
Unfortunately many of the rooms overlook the road which was noisy even at night. We bought some earplugs which solved the problem and we slept fine, but without them it would have been an issue so consider that if you’re a light sleeper. We had a standard room which was quite small and we didn’t feel was good value for money.
