Very nice modern property, spacious rooms, super comfy bed and nice bathroom, and a fabulous breakfast (offered from 7- NOON!). Location was perfect for our visit as daughter had apartment next store. Everything is walkable in Florence - 10mins from Duomo, Accademia, Train station, wine windows, and many restaurants. Furthest tourist spot is 25- 30mins walking from this neighborhood. Quieter part of town which was great for sleeping and winding down, and a bit away from the heavy tourist areas - if you need a break.

The complimentary breakfast was Italian & American, very good I must say. We loved the fresh squeeze juices, pineapple was our fav! The staff was amazing and so helpful to recommend sites to visit and eat. The room was a good size for me and my son, kind of small but we were there only for 2 days. Location was perfect, 15min walk from train station, and it is 4min walk to the flea market on sunday and a city playground. Walking distance to everything tourist in Florence. Corner stores near by for snacks.
Only 2 english speaking tv channels, no cartoons, and about 5-7 channels offered total. I struggled to figure out the AC to get it cooler. Room entry design is short with tight curves for bringing in luggage and stroller.

It was undeniably cosy and cute, a sanctuary of warm lighting and soft textures. The furniture, elegant in its simplicity, spoke of quiet taste. But the true masterpiece was the bed. Sinking into it was an act of instant surrender. The mattress cradled perfectly, and the pillows were a revelation of comfort—neither too firm nor too yielding, they seemed to anticipate exactly the support my head and neck desired. The bathroom, a good-sized and thoughtfully laid-out space, became my private spa. Its true glory, however, was unveiled with the turn of a knob: the shower. The water pressure was nothing short of perfect—a full, drenching cascade that felt both invigorating and luxurious. But it was the water itself that seemed touched by magic. Silken and impossibly soft, it was, I’m convinced, the best water in the world. As it rinsed through my hair, something extraordinary happened. My strands felt smoother, heavier with health, each lock slick and shiny. I emerged not just clean, but transformed; my hair had never felt prettier, healthier, or more vibrant. It was the kind of simple, profound pleasure that turns a stay into a story.
The room's size was its primary challenge. While I understand space can be at a premium, it was quite compact, making it difficult to even open a single suitcase without blocking the pathway. This appears to be a standard design consideration in many European cities, but travelers with more than a carry-on bag should be prepared for a cozy fit.
The breakfast experience was defined by timing. Arriving as the service opens at 7:00 AM is highly recommended. At that hour, the spread is excellent—fresh, tasty, and with a satisfying variety. However, after 9:00 AM, I noticed the replenishment of items became less frequent. Trays with only a few leftover pieces were often left out rather than being refreshed, which diminished the quality and appeal of the later service. For the best experience, an early start is certainly the way to go.

Location was great, easy walking to attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was good and very long hours of operation. Comfortable beds and great pillows.
Bit of a plumbing issue with water leaking from above bathroom. Otherwise all good.
