From check in to check out the staff and comfort of the room were amazing. The breakfast was varied, great fruit options and generous hours to make it more brunch. Easy walk to tourism points and great suggestions for local dining.

Disappointing
Before the checkout time we returned to our room to discover a man there who was aggressive and scary. Eventually he left our room. When we discussed this incident with hotel manager she did not admit that it was hotel’s mistake but instead blamed us for not noticing some note on our door. The hallway was completely dark because hotel was saving electrical costs

The hotel is spotless, offers a delicious breakfast (7:00 AM – 12:00 PM), provides excellent service, and has a fantastic location.
We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Great base to explore Florence due to location, finish, cleanliness, and relaxation/social accommodation at the hotel. The self-serve bar was an awesome place to relax at the end of the day, and the sitting/reading areas were a great place to start your day if your group is still assembling. And the staff were delightful and helpful. Location was close to train and close enough to Seniora but not so close that you felt you were in the mayhem.

Best Hotel, I feel very fortunate to have chosen the Boutique hotel. Staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful.
Great breakfast and location is perfect to catch public transportation if required Altough you can walk to all famous landmarks.

Room Mate Luca was able to accommodate us last minute when we had an issue with our original accommodation. We are beyond thrilled with our stay. The staff, the location, the rooms, the ambiance. What a beautiful hotel and the service was outstand.

The room was clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. And the free breakfast was decent. It also helped to be next door to a laundromat.
The location was on a busy street with bus routes in both directions and a bus stop in front of the property.

The location was great. It was a short walk to the market and to other sites, such as the Duomo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was amazing. It was provided from 7A to 12N, which offered much flexibility. The breakfast offerings were diverse, and the staff was very accommodating. Individuals, such as Aman, improved the experience by providing coffees and expressos. This was a fantastic way to start the day. Thank you, Aman!

Great hotel in a fantastic location! The complimentary breakfast has amazing options and the chef/ kitchen staff are super friendly - ensuring we had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated, super clean and perfect location to shops and restaurants.
We arrived on a super hot day - the staff didn’t offer us water or anything. They were nice and checked us in but didn’t show any sincere personal interest - Little things like that can really make a big difference.

Staff was absolutely amazing ! front desk was out of this world especially Aman who was hands on. I don't remember the 2 people on the front dest . It was a women and a gentlemen . What an amazing chemistry and friendliness- it was truly a pleasure. Thank you ! Merci!
