We had a wonderful stay at Room Mate Luca and would highly recommend it. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, with the Accademia Gallery just a 350 m walk away, Piazza del Duomo only 750 m away, and Ponte Vecchio around a 1.3 km walk, making it easy to explore Florence on foot. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection to start each day.
The only small downside was that the shower was extremely small, but it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. We would happily stay here again!

The staff was extremely nice, helpful and professional! Very comfortable bed, decent room size, nice bathroom with dental and shaving kit included. Self service bar in the lobby called honesty bar. very nice interior. overall can recommend, definitely.
Honestly, there was nothing that I didn't like about the hotel or personnel.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable room; amazing breakfast; perfect location for walking in the centre of Florence. Also very handy indeed for the tram to the airport, walking to the main train station, or getting to a bus stop for a trip out into the hills. Lovely staff very friendly and helpful.

Very modern hotel, 10/15 min walk to the Duomo and train station. Superb breakfast and very helpful staff.
The corridors are dimly lit, slightly unnerving if on your own.
