The hotel itself is nice, modern and located in a good place.
The prices are sick! You pay a lot for a super-tiny room, where it’s impossible to move where you’re traveling as a duet. Also: I asked for two separated beds, but The receptionist said they didn’t have this kind of room, so we got one, also small. The price is not worth it!

The lounge was quite nice, amenities were nice with helpful staff. A normal business hotel.
There were a lot of mozzies in May. The staff could not do anything but spray down the room and clean it. We had to put a cloth at the bottom of the door to stop mozzies from coming in. It was incredibly expensive but it was near the train station.
The room was small and had a strange corridor inside which was wasted space. The window has a poor view as it overlooked a dirty roof of sorts.

I like this chain of hotels, and this was a perfect one for a last-minute trip to Florence. Excellent breakfast, too.

Not much
- Thiefs !!!! - they stole estethics medicine from the minibar. It was sealed and unused and I was keeping it refrigerated. My medicine costs €230 over the counter in pharmacy, their staff thought they could do some business - it was gone and housekeeping denied. I am 100% sure because I put it in fridge the day i arrived
- I kid you not… at 5:45am you will hear heavy duty truck pick up trash container in front of your door
- In addition - bus stop below my window
- street Noise is terrible - cheap windows and no isolation of noise
- a/c not working, so windows open
- Asked hotel staff to cancel 3rd night - impolite, unavailable and lazy.
- I asked them to cancel 3rd night and refund me - i gave them 24 hours notice through booking.com. Nobody responded to my message. Called the reception twice - said their manager is in Barcelona, I mean for a hotel that is charging me €800 for 3 nights they were incapable of returning response to my mesage nor resolve it
- They have zero empathy and customer is there to be exploited and you have zero rights if you have grievance.

The rooms were nice. The bed and extra bed was very comfortable. The location was close enough to everything we wanted to visit.
The breakfast could be more extensive.
