Amazing location with close proximity to almost all landmarks. Right in the middle of a busy luxury shopping street. Receptionist lady was super friendly and the Deluxe room was amazing and much more spacious than expected.
Other than the fact that the elevator is on the first floor and you have to carry your luggages up the stairs, the elevator is very small and not practical. Cute and matches the vibe of the hotel just not practical.

Wonderful
The location is exceptional. It isright in the heart of Florence, near the tram, near the River, near Ponte Vechhico. Lot of best restaurants nearby and moreover all word leading designer brands such as Prada, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Dior, Ferragamo, Burberry and so on.

What a find…a central yet quiet location for the old city - walkable to everywhere. Beautiful room with antiques and yet very modern finish, comfortable beds, crisp linens. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Just note that there are stairs to the reception and they will help you with your luggage. Immaculately clean.
Nothing, an extremely comfortable stay and will recommend and return.

Convenience to museums, churches, everything. Small, old-fashioned charm but with modern conveniences. Great towels and nice bed linen.
The steps leading into the building were a little daunting at first but the staff helped me with my luggage both on my arrival and as I was leaving. So not really a problem. Also I had to be careful, climbing in and out of the bath to get to the shower.
I often had to ask for things to be replenished, coffee pods, etc which the housekeeper regularly missed . However the rest of the staff were excellent, especially Alessandra, Antonello ( a true hospitality professional), Giorgia and Thom.

Beautiful rooms! Excellent service!
Nothing! But FYI- it does require a decent amount of steps to make it to the first floor. That didn't bother us though!

Location is excellent - close to all tourist attractions, less then 10 minute walk from the train station, easy to find, and very close to Ponte Vecchio. The interior of the room is very nice, seems to be remodeled so it had a slightly antique but furnishing and facilities were modern. I am very satisfied with my stay and will book again if I ever get to travel to Florence again.
