Amazing location and lovely hotel design.
The staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful with organising tours, restaurants and recommendations.
The breakfast service is fresh and delicious. Would absolutely stay here again.

The breakfast is fantastic. Only place I've been to that offers pancakes, bacon and eggs. And there plenty of choices for a more traditional Italian and European breakfast. The staff was very helpful in arranging taxis, and in recommending restaurants and gelaterias.

This is our second time at this beautiful hotel. The location and staff are excellent. Very good breakfast with eggs, meats, cheeses, and cakes.

Property is in a brilliant location above Gucci store.
Staff were fantastic very kind and welcoming make our stay lovely. Bed was fantastic and comfortable.
Its outdated and needs a refresh I think if it was brought up into modernism it would be great

Superb location. All the major attractions are just a few minutes walk. The hotel and staff are exceptional. Beautiful room with views (suite). The best part are the staff, nothing is too much trouble and always available to advise and help. Highly recommend.

Its difficult to find a better location for a stay in Florence / good breakfast until 11.59 am !! / really helpful and friendly staff

Fantastic Location and good service
Access to hotel lobby and moving luggages by ourselves were not that convenient. Also, I stayed in the 4th floor (room with very good view) but toilet is somehow very small comparing to the room size itself. Secondly, it might be because the room is under the wood roof structure so I found that there is lots of dust in this room and thus made myself and my daughter sneezing all the time.
