Amazing. Very comfortable and extremely well located.
Room was also very wide and cosy and the view was amazing.

The location was great but there was so much work/construction being done on the streets. Just a bit difficult to navigate with luggage.

The bath was too narrow to shower in. A non slip mat in the bath could eliminate slipping.

Location was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and ghe AC worked beautifully.
There aren't enough places to put your stuff in the bathroom (sink and shower) and the only mirrors are in the bathroom.

I was expected to have bath in the room, and our room was very close to room for cleaning ladies so we waked up because of noise but it is not a problem

Mold in shower, AC did not cool to the temperature it was set to. No where close to 20 degrees Celsius. Felt more like 25 - 28

Horrible service the staff was racist and very unhelpful. The rooms were super dirty, had mold everywhere (especially the toilet), and we found a dead rat at the bottom of our bed. Just don’t come here

Beautiful hotel.
Lovely comfortable bedroom with a well equipped beautifully presented bathroom.
Lovely welcoming staff, especially Alessandro who was so lovely and fun and also willing to help pass on information about bars and restaurants.
