A lovely and unique hotel set in beautiful building with vaulted ceilings which add to an authentic experience.
The room was beautiful, very comfy bed and lovely shower.
It was well located, close to the train station, major sites and directly opposite the beautiful officina of Santa Maria Novella.

The room was very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was fantastic, especially the shower which was so relaxing after a long day! The location worked really well for us as it was so close to the train station and we really liked the Santa Maria Novella area.
The breakfast was just okay.The same items were served everyday. While there was a lot to choose from, there was no gluten free bread or baked good options. We wished the pool would have been open a little later the evening, it closed at 9:00.

Our room at Rivoli Boutique Hotel was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. The front desk staff were helpful and provided very quick service when we asked for water and extra towels. The hotel has two beautiful sitting areas, one by the front desk and a larger living room next to the inner courtyard.
The hotel is listed as a four star, and the breakfast provided quick coffee service from an attentive staff and provided fruit, cold cuts and a large selection of pastries, but I would have liked more variety of hot dishes with eggs, sausage and potatoes.

The location was amazing, nothing we wanted to see was longer than an 11 min walk away! The decor was beautiful and we had a wonderful stay. The jacuzzi was a great hang out area and the breakfast was ideal (staff was so friendly).

Everything was pretty awesome about the hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful. The shower was pretty awesome too.
The beds were very hard and the pillows were very thin. Next time I would bing my own pillow
