Pleasant
Closeness to the centre and main tourist spots.
Our room was in the garden. Although it had plenty of space, downstairs had a funny smell and the shower was also downstairs. The spa pool was very welcome on a hot day but it is very tired and in need of an upgrade.

Location was great and shower was amazing in the room. Also the parking garage assistance was very helpful
I would prefer to know that you can drive into the ZTL zone if they register your car in a garage afterwards.

A beautiful hotel with a good location close to the railwaystation. A nice inneryard where you can relax in a small pool on a hot day or have a drink from the bar. A very good breakfast in a nice breakfastroom. We will stay again when we visit Florence next time. Staff is attentive and nice.
That we just had one night.

We were travelling with our 1-year old. She loved the jacuzzi. I liked how big the rooms were. The breakfast was nice and whole staff super friendly. Air conditioning was very effective.
Thank you!
I'm 198cm tall and the bed was like 190 or something, so a bit short. Also, I don't like the sheet + duvet combo. The duvet and the sheet never stay like that and eventually the whole bed was a mess every night. Please consider real duvet covers.
Anyway, I slept great!

Very beautiful and super close to the center, most importantly the Duomo. Just not in the crowded area which’s a plus. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful till the last moment. Their restaurant Benedicta is top tier, well balanced dinner dishes and lovely atmosphere.
Nothing really.

Wonderful
The room was lovely and spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection.
The pool could do with some maintenance and renovation but otherwise good.
