Wonderful
We were able to check in early which is always a bonus. As a return visitor (previously stayed here in 2018) we were given a welcome drink voucher which was appreciated. The included breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed our stay there.
The spa was slightly too hot to use - only because Florence was in a heat wave.

Good breakfast selection.
Location great for train stn and walking to attractions.
Front desk staff was most welcoming and personable; always smiling and greeting me when I was leaving or returning; helpful regarding directions and walking distances.
Bartender was great, very attentive and knowledgeable; friendly, spending time chatting with customers.
The outdoor courtyard for beverages was delightful. Beautiful relaxed setting.
Dinner service was awful. I asked if it was ok to order a dinner at 9:15pm and was assured it was fine. Then the waiter was pushing me to leave, wanting to take my plate away before I finished. Very rude.
Most of the jets in the hot tub were not functional. That was disappointing since that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and the wait staff were quick to respond to requests. The room was large and well stocked. The location was right around the block from the train station and very close to main Piazzas. Everything was in walking distance.
Be sure to lock your passport and credit cards in the safe.

The staff were fantastic. The ambience of the hotel was really welcoming and the bar and waiting staff were informative and attentive. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. The hotel itself felt authentically Italian. The courtyard dining space was so pretty. Brilliant location too, within walking distance of galleries, museums and restaurants.
A minor point really which did not negatively impact on my stay - but as you have asked! The single rooms were very single! Small with a single bed. No robe or slippers which made them feel a little less prioritized - but fine for a few nights. If staying longer, I would opt for a double room though.

So close to everything I wanted to see. Stop.The Carhedral, Statue of David, Ponte Vecchio Bridge and more. Also just a few blocks from the train station. My room was clean, the sheets sparkled!Liked the breakfast in the morning. Like there was so many places to lounge, both inside and out. Staff was all great.
The tables on all the patios could use a good scrubbing. The menu for dinner was kind of limiting, too nuch seafood. I would have eaten onsite more if the choices were more varied.

Hotel property was good and clean. The front desk person quite unfriendly.
I like everything. Except the front desk people.
The kitchen and the blonde laidy at the restaurant during the breakfast was amaizing. Too much attention. She should train the front desk people, too much arrogance and coldness.
The persons help with language amaizing too. Specially one he last name is Salazar
