Dinner was great
This property allows dogs which I was worried about but it stated well behaved pets were allowed so I booked in good faith.
Howver one of the guests had an agreesive dog that nearly bit my children and was barking at all guests and prevented us using the pool. The dog was allowed inside at breakfast and barked at everyone that walked past
I complained 3 times but the staff did not seem to want to deal with the badly behaved dog.
This ruined our stay at this accommodation.

Super friendly staff with an easy check in really helpful with directions and getting around Florence and allowing us to use hotel bikes once we had checked out before leaving Florence. Kindly upgraded when there was an issue with the room and good breakfast!
The garage parking was full unexpectedly but managed to find public parking down the road which was reasonably priced and can pay by app

Great breakfast, hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, great swimming pool with bar. Great view from the room. Very close to airport plus close to the center.

After spending the day seeing the sites of Florence in the summer heat, it was wonderful to return to a lovely pool area, with great food and wine available. the tram into the centre of Florence is very close by, with a ticket machine on the platform.

The location was private and comfortable. We were there for our honeymoon and they put up a cute sign!
A little far from the city center. There is a public tram that you can take that takes about 15 minutes to get to the center or a 20 euro cab ride

The outside space and communal areas were amazing and beautiful , so relaxing and the staff were attentive without being bothersome.
I think the bedrooms could have done small improvements. A place to put your suitcases other than the floor . The window had a blind which was pulled down as passing guests would be able yo see in . This made the room quite dark . Maybe transparent film on the window would improve the light whilst maintaining the privacy . The lighting in the bathroom was poor .

Wonderful
Wonderful airy rooms with comfortable beds & well designed common spaces. Pool was the highlight on hot days (if still very cold!) & nice that there are only a few rooms on the property so all is intimate & quiet.
A bit far from main areas for a family to walk tho we were fine when we did so, was safe etc & couples/adults would be totally fine too.
