EVERYTHING!!! It is walkable to all major sites and every detail has been considered. Coffee. Wine, snacks!!!

Great location, right by the river and close to all the sites. The room was furnished with wonderful old furniture, interesting paintings, the bed was very comfortable. Francesco was incredibly friendly, always checking to make sure everything was good with us. The free water, coffee, beer and wine in the common room was a great added bonus. Certainly would stay here again

The location is amazing-we upgraded to a balcony with river view and it was totally worth it. Host was extremely nice and accommodating and the free beverages were an added bonus.

The location was amazing, along the river with a view. The decor was beautiful, and the owner, Franchesco, and his dog Lapo are amazing and extremely accommodating and helpful. It's exactly the kind of hotel you would want to stay in a city like Florence. Minutes walk from everything. All the sites, restaurants, and train station. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is very soft and the pillows were lovely. The intersection can be quite lively during the day, which makes for interesting people watching, and the sunset view from the bridge, which is directly over the street from the hotel, is breathtaking. My only observation is that the hot water can be a bit tricky to work out, but we got the hang of it after 1 shower. Lovely, lovely place to stay. and Franchesco is an absolute gentleman.

Fantastic view particularly in the evenings. Service excellent and the fridge always very well stocked! It's a bit on the quirky side, sort of a cross between hotel and AirBNB but thoroughly enjoyable.
A little confusing getting in the first time but once you've done it once it's all good.

Aurelia was a great host, very welcoming. The Residenza Vespucci is in a good location with all the major tourist attractions within walking distance. Our room was very comfortable, air conditioned, and cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the communal area at reception stocked with wine, beer and water and its free to use.
I would possibly look for somewhere serving breakfast if revisiting Florence.

Francesco is a superb host, very attentive to his guests. The location of the Residence is very central to the main touristic area of the two sides of the Arno River.
The fact you don't have breakfast service in the house might be a restrictiont to some people, although there is plenty of offer at the open bar with soft drinks, juices, beer and wine or sect. Also, there are coffee machines (with coffee capsules) and tee-kettle in the room.

Was in the perfect spot to get around and they have an amazing free breakfast buffet in the morning.
Found one English speaking channel on the TV before going to bed which is not a big deal
