The location is exceptional with nice view over the river from the balcony, easy to wander around, with many good restaurants and nice boutiques nearby.
The staffs are all nice and friendly. With a full fridge of drinks for free.
Could be a bit noisy in the early morning as the truck passes by to collect the trash.

Our hosts, Loreta and Francesco, were extremely welcoming and accommodating from the moment my wife and I arrived. They gave us helpful recommendations for restaurants and many historical sites that Florence has to offer. They even held a happy hour with complementary drinks every night of our stay. Our room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the Arno river. Now my wife will complain everyday until we return!

Lorela and Francesco were terrific hosts. They helped us get oriented, made dinner reservations for us, even treated us to homemade cake and cocktails.
We were lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking Arno. Beautiful view and sunsets.

The location is fantastic and Francesco and Lorella are wonderful. We had a great stay. Attached a photo of the view from our little balcony. Had wine and cheese out here several evenings for sunset, courtesy of the hotel. Thanks to Lorella!

We were greeted by Francesco and his dog Lapo with open arms, big smiles, Aperol spritzes ready and some of the best hospitality we have ever experienced anywhere! We absolutely loved our room which was very kitschy, clean and smelled amazing!

Our stay here was very memorable, Francesco and Adriana were the ultimate hosts; we had a great time in Florence and a big part of it was our hosts. Our Aperitiv hour (Hours) were a lot of fun, sharing a few bevvies with the other guests, The city, which is well within walking distance, was amazing, the food and wine was very very good & we took a drive thru some local towns which was also unforgettable. It’s was nice apartment with a living room, with two bathrooms and a bedroom. Best location with a grate view from my biiiig balcony to Arno river. About 15 minutes walk to Novella train station, about 10 minutes walk to Duomo and five minutes to the bridge. Apartment in the hart of Florence. All drinks and snacks included to the price.

Francesco and the entire team were superbly helpful and welcoming, offering drinks and help at all times. In addition, they did everything possible to help me recover my lost luggage. The room was elegantly decorated and had a balcony with a great view of Arno, a lovely place to sip wine in the evening!

My wife and I travel quite a bit and we are always looking for the perfect unique boutique inn or hotel. Residenza Vespucci was one of those places you find on rare occasions. The location was central, decorations were both comfortable and carefully selected, and the hospitality of Francesco and Adriana made you feel that you were staying with your family. Add to that a common area to relax with good conversation and a glass of wine and we found perfection.

Francesco, the owner, is very friendly and always there to help you with advice on how to get presscription medicines, where it is best to rent a car, where to dine etc.
In all hours, you can walk into the lobby and take some cookies with water, soda, beer, or a bottle of wine. Francesco also has a very friendly big poodle that you fall in love with right away.
But the best quality of Residenza Vespucci is its location. Very central yet facing the Arno river with good air, lot of great restaurants and the best sites just minutes away.
