We had a great stay at Residenza Vespucci in Florence! The location was perfect along the Arno River and walking distance to the duomo, museums, and train station.
Francesco the hotel owner was wonderful, he offers a fridge and bar with snacks and free drinks in the lobby. We loved sitting on our balcony enjoying a glass of wine.

The location is exceptional with nice view over the river from the balcony, easy to wander around, with many good restaurants and nice boutiques nearby.
The staffs are all nice and friendly. With a full fridge of drinks for free.
Could be a bit noisy in the early morning as the truck passes by to collect the trash.

Sam & I love the accommodation along the river. I was doing Firenze marathon on the Sunday and it was the perfect place to stay, a short walk to the start/finish line

Our hosts, Loreta and Francesco, were extremely welcoming and accommodating from the moment my wife and I arrived. They gave us helpful recommendations for restaurants and many historical sites that Florence has to offer. They even held a happy hour with complementary drinks every night of our stay. Our room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the Arno river. Now my wife will complain everyday until we return!

Lorela and Francesco were terrific hosts. They helped us get oriented, made dinner reservations for us, even treated us to homemade cake and cocktails.
We were lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking Arno. Beautiful view and sunsets.

The location is fantastic and Francesco and Lorella are wonderful. We had a great stay. Attached a photo of the view from our little balcony. Had wine and cheese out here several evenings for sunset, courtesy of the hotel. Thanks to Lorella!

We were greeted by Francesco and his dog Lapo with open arms, big smiles, Aperol spritzes ready and some of the best hospitality we have ever experienced anywhere! We absolutely loved our room which was very kitschy, clean and smelled amazing!

Our stay here was very memorable, Francesco and Adriana were the ultimate hosts; we had a great time in Florence and a big part of it was our hosts. Our Aperitiv hour (Hours) were a lot of fun, sharing a few bevvies with the other guests, The city, which is well within walking distance, was amazing, the food and wine was very very good & we took a drive thru some local towns which was also unforgettable.
