The property was centrally located and well furnished. The room was great, with a great shower and room for bags. The breakfast room was beautiful. We could not have been happier with our stay and would highly recommend for any traveller!

It was an amazing small hotel. Beautiful, and well located. It felt like the right place to be staying while we were in Florence as it was an old residence that felt historical.
Because of the season the air conditioning was turned off so the room got a little warm when we had warm weather. That was the only problem.

Wonderful location. Not a busy street but within a short walk to just about anything you would want to see or do. Beautiful hotel. Small, quiet which we loved. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was right size, not too big and not small. Bathroom and shower was great. AC worked well. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
We were on street side, and, at times, it was a little loud in the morning. But that didn't bother us too much.

Central location within a short walking distance to key sights and restaurants. Staff were gracious, attentive and helpful. Unique and interesting decor with cozy common areas, high ceilings, spacious room and bathroom. Highly recommend

What is not to like? The ambiance and feeling of the facility is romantic and classy. The bed was extremely comfortable, the location was amazing, steps away from basically everything. Even though the facility does not list breakfast included, there is coffe and snacks available, and the women working the kitchen even helped me bring up a tray for breakfast in bed!

Spacious room and bathroom. Unique and beautiful decor that really encapsulated the culture of the city. Really helpful and friendly staff that made check-in/check-out easy.
AC wasn't very powerful and we were a little hot some nights, but I think that's just Italy (our other other in different cities were the same way).
