Great location. Great service and wonderful staff. Our room was very charming. The restaurant Buchetta next door was amazing. Make a reservation if you can. Great overall stay. You can’t go wrong with this property. Many thanks.

The interior design was understated but beautiful and preserved so many of the details of the original building. Spacious and comfortable furnishings. Had a really wonderful stay.

The building itself is full of character and history. The staff is super friendly and helpful with any needs! The breakfast was fantastic and adorable.
The AC of the property was not on when we arrive in April, the room was just warm and muggy. Opening windows was perfect but then we had mosquitos all night.

This property is an exceptional stay. I’ve stayed many places but this property is unique. If you have the budget, just go for it. In the heart of the Florence, spacious rooms decorated with gusto. Helpful staff, always and always smiling and helps you with everything(Engli if you’re reading this: “hi again, and thanks again for everything”)
Hopefully they’ll never change, I’d like to visit here once again and stay longer this time.

The wonderful staff, our gorgeous room, comfortable bed, fantastic shower. So close to the old bridge, Uffuzi gallery, so many amenities. Could leave our windows open.

Location near Arno and Uffizi were so convenient. However, such a quiet spot - and we were there during America's Superbowl Sunday - didn't hear any activity at the bars. The building held to its centuries-old charm - with appropriately styled sitting rooms on each floor, yet high-tech touches in the rooms. Beautiful rooms that although small - which is common in the area - make so much use of the space. What topped it all off was how accommodating, hospitable and genuine the manager Engli was. He recommended so much, gave us options, helped us with anything we needed, explained the culturall nuances and made us feel like the nobility that once resided at La Musa! Thank you!

We had to pivot our plans last minute due to railroad strike and couldn’t add a day on to our existing accommodation in Florence. We found this place and wished we had stayed here the whole time!!! Amazing location, such kind staff, awesome room and elevator. The bathroom felt so luxurious and the bed was super comfy.
I wish there were a few more chargers/USB ports in the room so that people on either side of the bed can both charge devices, and the provided hair dryer got super hot! However, these are such minor complaints for truly a fantastic stay

The property was amazing, very romantic and beautifully decorated, just steps away from Ponte Vecchio, yet still accessible by taxi. The room was clean and very spacious and comfortable. The manager, Engli always had a smile on his face, he gave us helpful recommendations and he was the perfect host. We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

It was an amazing small hotel. Beautiful, and well located. It felt like the right place to be staying while we were in Florence as it was an old residence that felt historical.
Because of the season the air conditioning was turned off so the room got a little warm when we had warm weather. That was the only problem.
