The property is a historical building, very pretty and atmospheric. Its location is excellent- mostly 10-15 min walk to any tourist spots in the city. Barbara, the proprietor, is very welcoming and accommodating, fun to talk to and always has a useful advice for the guests of Florence.

Wonderful stay at this B&B. I was a solo traveler and Barbara was very helpful in giving me advice on navigating around the city. She is an exceptional baker and made sure I had gluten free goodies with my breakfast each morning. The room was gorgeous with beautiful antique stained glass windows. The location was convenient to the duomo which is pretty much central to everything. I was very comfortable during my stay and would come back again to this B&B if ever again in Florence.

Was a fantastic stay for us - a crib for our baby and a nice room for our toddler. The staff kindly arranged the bed so that she wouldn't roll off!
Staff were all so helpful and the breakfast cakes were delicious.

Wonderful
A lovely hotel in the middle of Florence. We had the economy room at the top with the Duomo view, it was excellent. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast, with homemade cakes, was a real highlight. The staff are very helpful.

We had the pleasure of staying at Residenza II Villino B&B and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful and has an old italian vibe.
One of the highlights of our stay was the wonderful service provided by Barbara, she was incredibly kind, always going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Whether it was offering recommendations for local attractions or just making sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful
The location and the villa itself are unique, a great place if you want to get an authentic Florence experience. The rooms are very clean, and there is a cute little patio inside. Also, the breakfast is fantastic — the owner, Barbara, baked the cakes herself.

Disappointing
The size of the room and location of the hotel.
Once we arrived, our room had cockroaches. We killed one, but others ran away. Was horrible.
The check-in time ends at 19.00, so be careful as nobody will wait for you even if your flight was delayed or canceled. The price is too high for provided facilities. The breakfast is pretty average for the price you pay.

Staying here was a highlight of our Italy adventure. The room was gorgeous, spacious and crowned with pillars from the late 1400's. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of traditional cakes, meats and cheese plus fruit, eggs and more. The location is fantastic, close to major attractions. The best part of the stay was meeting Barbara, the owner. She was so welcoming, helpful, funny and interesting. It was obvious that she pours her heart and soul into this little hotel and it translated to a wonderful and memorable stay for us.
