The location is excellent - room was large, well equipped and comfortable - staff was very friendly and provided great advice on how to get the most out of our visit
The elevator was very small and slow. You had to remember the door code to get inside the lobby

The room was very spacious. I didn’t feel cramped and I had space for my suitcase so I was happy. The staff were all so nice and helpful and I absolutely loved my stay here. The location was also a plus because it seemed to be a nice centralized location for where all my activities were.

The place is absolutely beautiful and really well located in the heart of Florence. The apartment was really comfortable, well-equipped and well-maintained. The best part, however, was our host Marvi. She was really helpful during our stay and most enchanting. Me and my wife will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Firenze.

Amazing. We had a 5-night stay and it was amazing. The building is old (est 1200 Albizi Palace) but inside is all renovated for comfort, yet keeping the charm. We just loved it. We got the room with the terrace. We had a balcony and could see the Duomo from the bed. Then upstairs was the terrace for another view of the Duomo. Great location with good restaurants just downstairs. Floors have high ceilings, and the room is very clean. The bed is comfy. There was a walking closet and an elevator. The staff is super nice and accommodating.
That we had to leave! Really, nothing could be more than this.

I liked the fact that the Balcony was very romantic at night and during the day. This is my first time being offered the whole bar for free on my trips (except alcoholic drinks), as it is replenished every day, which is absolutely an added value.
Highly quality room and bathroom with authentic touches.

The receptionist, Ms. Mervet, and the host, Donatella, were just amazing. I will definitely come back again for my honeymoon in lovely Florence. Thank you very much!

Slightly bigger room, but we hear that some of the rooms are bigger, so next time we would choose a larger room.

The location was great. Donnatella made the stay worth it. She was very friendly and helpful. Gave great recommendations, got a taxi for us at 8am, and kept the room very nice.
I like to sleep in cold air conditioned room, but the air conditioner didn’t get the room cold. To be fair it was 90° + every day.

From the moment our booking was made the property was in contact with us for any questions that we had. Upon arrival, we were met by the lovely Donatella who made sure that we were happy and if we needed any reservations/recommendations. The room was perfect with a gorgeous view of the Duomo. Close to everything but so quiet and peaceful in your room. A great grocery store right across the street. The location was central to everything. We found an amazing gym, Florence Fitness, that let you buy day passes. All the sights were within walking distance. We were so sad to leave Donatella and our beautiful spot in Firenze.

Wonderful staff, very helpful for every need! View was amazing and the bed was comfortable. Stuff in mini fridge was included besides the alcohol. Cleaned our room everyday and was super clean! Would definitely stay again!!
Can be loud at times because walls are a little thin and one morning around 6am construction was going on below us outside. But other than that it was wonderful!!

We stayed here during our honeymoon. It was a wonderful place to stay, with a romantic view of the Duomo and lovely staff who were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were surprised with a red rose and a bottle of wine upon checkin, a perfect start to our honeymoon. The location is perfect for exploring Florence.
The room was very clean and we got free water and snacks in the fridge every day.
There could have been better lamps by the bed for reading without disturbing my wife, but not a major issue.

The location was amazing with the view of the Duomo and so close to everything. The elevator was appreciated to get our luggage up to the room. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and the room was clean and had all needed conveniences.
The room was a tiny bit smaller than we would prefer for our large suitcases but would be fine with smaller bags.
