Brillant location, close to major attractions with plenty of restaurants nearby.
On arrival, the door buzzer was not obvious to us as the brass panel was well worn.

Great location and incredible staff. Good value for the price
Small room and very small bathroom, it was ok for one person but it would have been hard for a couple. No dresser to store clothes, for a whole week stay it could have been bigger or slightly more comfortable but overall was fine and good value for the price

The place is cosy, spotless clean, located in center and with super nice stuff! My luggage was lost and they helped me with dealing with italian delivery system. Really nice people!! I can recommend to everyone!

The location is excellent - room was large, well equipped and comfortable - staff was very friendly and provided great advice on how to get the most out of our visit

The room was very spacious. I didn’t feel cramped and I had space for my suitcase so I was happy. The staff were all so nice and helpful and I absolutely loved my stay here. The location was also a plus because it seemed to be a nice centralized location for where all my activities were.
There was nothing I did not like.

The place is absolutely beautiful and really well located in the heart of Florence. The apartment was really comfortable, well-equipped and well-maintained. The best part, however, was our host Marvi. She was really helpful during our stay and most enchanting. Me and my wife will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Firenze.

Amazing. We had a 5-night stay and it was amazing. The building is old (est 1200 Albizi Palace) but inside is all renovated for comfort, yet keeping the charm. We just loved it. We got the room with the terrace. We had a balcony and could see the Duomo from the bed. Then upstairs was the terrace for another view of the Duomo. Great location with good restaurants just downstairs. Floors have high ceilings, and the room is very clean. The bed is comfy. There was a walking closet and an elevator. The staff is super nice and accommodating.
That we had to leave! Really, nothing could be more than this.

I liked the fact that the Balcony was very romantic at night and during the day. This is my first time being offered the whole bar for free on my trips (except alcoholic drinks), as it is replenished every day, which is absolutely an added value.
Highly quality room and bathroom with authentic touches.

The receptionist, Ms. Mervet, and the host, Donatella, were just amazing. I will definitely come back again for my honeymoon in lovely Florence. Thank you very much!

We loved location, cleanliness and we loved the front office staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
Slightly bigger room, but we hear that some of the rooms are bigger, so next time we would choose a larger room.

The location was great. Donnatella made the stay worth it. She was very friendly and helpful. Gave great recommendations, got a taxi for us at 8am, and kept the room very nice.
I like to sleep in cold air conditioned room, but the air conditioner didn’t get the room cold. To be fair it was 90° + every day.
