Residenzia Della Signoria was perfect for our stay in Florence for 3 people. The room was spacious and clean. The location could not have been better for our first time in Florence and was close and walkable to all the must-see spots. Our room had a great view of the Duomo!

Perfect location. We like the local feel of the hotel. Great building. It was more like you were staying with a friend than a hotel. The candy dish was nice too.

The bed and bedding were great! I slept the first good night of the trip. I especially appreciated the coffee at reception, as well as the office calling us a taxi.

The location of this property is amazing. It is a short walk to everything. Our room was on a main street but with the windows closed it was not noisy. The beds were comfy and the place is very classy with elevator! The only thing missing was breakfast.

We loved our stay in Florence! The staff were easy to communicate with and the rooms were lovely. Our room actually had a view of the Duomo. The location was perfect. Some reviews mentioned issues with the showers, but our showers were hot and had good pressure. Overall, my family liked this stay the best in our visit to Italy. Staff also booked a taxi early in the morning to take us to the airport.
One room of the two we booked didn't have a mini-fridge but this wasn't a big issue as there was one in reception.

I traveled with my 3 kids, Location was everything, our room was so cute, and comfortable, shower was amazing. I would said its the best area in florence and a lots of amazing restaurants around the hotel.

The location was great. I was able to access everything from shops to food to landmarks. The staff/owners were amazing. They were readily available and took care of our every need.
My room did not have the best view. However, I didn’t come to Florence to stay in the room all day.

The location is fantastic! We received such a warm welcome. The rooms were comfortable, decorated beautifully, and clean. This is definitely the place to stay!
The water pressure in the shower was low. Other than that, it was perfect.

The hotel’s location was incredible, within walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see. They also have an arrangement with a parking garbage that is near by, which was very convenient for our rental car. I also loved the option of late self check-in and how responsive Matteo was for all my questions and requests.
