Great location. Easy walking from train/tram. Easy walking to all sites. Lovely staff. Great restaurants/bars close by.
Tight quarters for 3 of us in a room but only as expected in a European City.
Bathroom lighting not great for a woman.

Great location, comfortable accommodation and very responsive owner. Added surprise … sparkling water is available 24/7 at the common area☺️!
The elevator to the 3rd floor where the apartments were located is pretty old (makes a weird creaky noise mid-way) but very dependable! ?

Room and bed were comfortable. The staff was nice and owner very communicative. Having water refill in the lobby was very helpful, as was the lift for our luggage. Felt secure and the location was fantastic. We had to have a very early taxi large enough for four plus luggage to get to the airport. They took care of booking and our checkout was easy.
Only issue was the hair dryer. It was a wall connection and some of the hose was open so it didn’t dry well.

Loved the location, the view from my room and the building had an elevator. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Also, it was very nice to have the espresso and water machine.

Perfect location off the main drag. Fun during the day and evening,quiet at night. Easy to walk to all important sights. Easy short walk to breakfast and cafes. Felt safe and secure. Excellent bed linens and towels. Definitely highly recommend and would stay there again.

The room and location were perfect. So easy to explore Florence. A view of the Duomo out the window. We travelled with 4 of us, 2 teen girls. Comfy beds and great room all around. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We were also able to leave our luggage after we had checked out and came back to get it when we left. Excellent cafe right next door.

I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone! The rooms were clean, spacious, and it felt very safe.
The location is great for sightseeing in Florence, however be mindful that this part of town can be very loud at night.

We were lucky to book this apartment. Super convenient location - Piazza della Signoria (Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi) and Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore are a very short walking distance. One really cannot get any closer to both of them - just step into the Via dei Calzaiuoli and walk either left or right. Or choose smaller streets, which we did - pass by bakeries, trattorias, and schiacciata (sandwich) places.
Added bonus - Piazza della Repubblica with taxi stand is even closer.
Wake up to the magnificent views and sounds of Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, aromatic smells from the below bakery Cantinetta dei Verrazzano, which became our preferred breakfast place. High ceiling with wooden brims - feel the history!
Very clear communication from the property owners over messaging before the arrival, a great list with food recommendations. Comfy beds - I slept 7 hours nonstop for the first time during the trip.

Located right in the city center while still being slightly off on a quieter road. Close walk to all of the major sites and restaurants. The room itself was kept very clean and was a great size. It still felt like it had some historic Florence charm.

A better location is impossible!! The elevator was perfect, the decor and cleanliness pristine, instructions were exact and the owners were responsive and helpful.
Honestly I didn’t sleep on the cots, but my teenaged sons did and complained that they weren’t comfortable. Maybe better mattresses?

Residenzia Della Signoria was perfect for our stay in Florence for 3 people. The room was spacious and clean. The location could not have been better for our first time in Florence and was close and walkable to all the must-see spots. Our room had a great view of the Duomo!
