I traveled with my 3 kids, Location was everything, our room was so cute, and comfortable, shower was amazing. I would said its the best area in florence and a lots of amazing restaurants around the hotel.

The location was great. I was able to access everything from shops to food to landmarks. The staff/owners were amazing. They were readily available and took care of our every need.
My room did not have the best view. However, I didn’t come to Florence to stay in the room all day.

The hotel’s location was incredible, within walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see. They also have an arrangement with a parking garbage that is near by, which was very convenient for our rental car. I also loved the option of late self check-in and how responsive Matteo was for all my questions and requests.

Comfortable bed, good location and easy check in/out. We only saw the receptionist once but she was very kind.
The room was very small. The same category room has different types (you’ll see the pictures are all of different rooms) so you can be lucky and get a slightly larger one with better view. We got a smaller one with interior view. Overpriced for the room but then again most places are overpriced in Florence in August.
