The apartment was very dull and lacked a warm atmosphere. The couch was extremely uncomfortable — I could hardly sit on it. There were no paper towels or tissues provided, and the kitchen was very small. The heather wasn't working either.

Excellent location just outside the ZTL for drivers. Parking is secure and staff were great and very accommodating. The rooms were comfortable for a party of 3 and included everything we needed for a one night stay. Walking to the center city was 25-30 min from the hotel. Definitely recommend this place especially for people that don’t mind a short walk or cab ride into city center.
A coffee/ pastry bar in the hotel would be nice in a perfect world.

The room was nice and had a separate kitchen and fridge. The living room had a sofa and two chairs and a table. The bedroom was comfortable and had lights for both sides of the bed. The bathroom was large and clean.
The air conditioning was turned off even though the room was advertised as air conditioned. We had to open the door to the balcony to cool the room. Unfortunately, that let in a million mosquitoes.
We will never return to this place.

The place is clean, it has big rooms with balconies and great facilites – there’s everything you need. The bathroom is nice, although kinda smelly sometimes. Cool, friendly staff. Very close to the train station, which could come in handy for some people. Also, you just have to take a five minute walk and you're suddenly in Piazza Carlo Goldoni, by the river, so it's not that far from the city centre. Florence is not a very big city, anyway.
Unfortunately, the building is on a very busy street, which gets very noisy, especially in the morning (Italians should just ban scooters, lol), but I got used to it after the first two nights. Be prepared.
Tip for the owner: it would be very nice if the balconies had some chairs and a small table.

Rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you could need (even a small emergency sewing kit)!
We had three rooms and there was a loud group outside one of the rooms (outside the building) until after 2am.
