Angelina was a wonder host. Explained everything to us beautifully and gave us great
recommendations on restaurants, ate at one place twice it was so good and convenient to
the hotel. We asked for an extra day and she gave us a better rate than the original contracted
price. Will definitely stay the next time we are in Florence.

This property was fantastic. The location is perfect. The property was immaculate and very comfortable. The communication with the host was first class and there was always someone there to look after us. Highly recommend this property and hope to visit again in the future.

We always love staying here when we are in Florence. I think this was our 5th stay at Residence Michelangiolo. The property is beautiful and the building is gorgeous. The location is perfect for us, outside the over-touristed center of town; and we are happy to walk. There are many good restaurants and cafes in the area. The hosts are welcoming and hospitable; they make you feel like family friends.

Angelina was very friendly and went way out of her way to help us! Due to delays at the car rental we had to arrive after dark and google maps kept making us miss the driveway so they came out to the street with waving flashlights to guide us in!!!! As I said way beyond helpful!! Also gives great tips for places to establish.

We have stayed at the Residence Michelangiolo 4 or 5 times over many years with various family members and friends. We love it every time. Instead of feeling like a tourist in an over touristed city; you stay in a gorgeous residence with high ceilings and lots of old world charm. (and off street parking) The owners are always welcoming and helpful suggesting activities and places to eat. It's like having friends or family in the city.

The property is very nice. Angelina, from the residence staff is kind and helpful. It is located closed to the main city attractions (30’ walk) and also close to the Piazzale Michelangelo (15’ but climbing the hill ?). It was a perfect experience.

The place is exactly what you need for a great stay in Firenze. It’s not in the crowded center, but still just a 15–20 minute walk away. It’s also located in a very nice neighborhood with coffee shops and some restaurants. The place is quiet and beautiful. The host was amazing — she truly cared about us and made sure everything was perfect.
The room was big and comfortable with everything needed! It was a really great stay.

The location and environment is really nice. The lady who runs the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Especially For Firenze which in general is rather expensive and touristy I personally found the hotel reasonable to good value for money.
The shower was excellent though.
The hotel is a bit worn out, classic Italian style. As if you are in the period of the seventies/eighties . That vibe I got out of it . In the evenings the walk from the center is a bit far , but they have a lot of cab options.

We had a lovely stay at this charming residence near the center of Florence. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Piazza Michelangelo and close to the city center, making it easy to explore the main sights. Having free parking was a huge bonus, especially in Florence. The building has a lot of character, with a historic feel that added to the experience. The host was very kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
