Our room, the friendly host, the beautiful and typical Tuscan house in a large garden. Walking distance to the old town center. Nice restaurants and cafs nearby where the locals come.

It was the best place to stay in Florance. especially if you are taking a trip in Italy by car. As you know, it is like a nightmare to drive or find a parking spot in the near center of Florance. So we parked our car to the hotel's garage for free, visited all the attractions, and explored the city by foot. Since all the museums and historical areas are so close to the hotel, it takes less than 30 minutes walk to get them. Also, the staff was really nice. When we faced with any problem, they solved immediately. Plus, they helped us to find the best restaurants in town, which were amazing. Thank you very much!!!

The location is 30-35 mins away from the center. It could be good and bad. I loved the fact that we were making over 20,000 steps daily. However, with very limited taxis and no Uber services it could be a challenge.
The A/C was working sporadically. We had to call the front desk to fix it few times.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. The room was spacious and elegant, in a rustic fashion. It felt like we had our own unique space. The neighborhood is quiet, which made the stay quite pleasant. The center of Florence was about a 25 minute walk away.
The air conditioner was not particularly strong, so we had to sleep with the windows open, which allowed mosquitos to enter the room. This is likely just a seasonal issue that we faced and Im sure the room is fantastic during a less warm time of year. Being from New York City, we found it challenging to catch a taxi in the neighborhood (but that may be true of the entire city). However, the incredibly accommodating staff was able to arrange taxis for us, including an early morning taxi to the airport.

Nice location and great that it is possible to park your car there. Big spacious rooms. Easy access to the city centre. We walked there in 10-15 min.
Difficult to adjust the AC, so it was either to cold or to warm. Especially a challenge during the night. We woke up freezing every night. Old and not to up to date, but clean and well kept.

the rooms are huge. they have a kitchenette which was great. the A/C was perfect in the crazy heat. it takes around 20 minutes to walk into the city center. they had free parking onsite which was a bonus, I thought I read it would be around 25 euro but it was free. great place to stay because we were also barely in the room, so it met our needs. it is a very close walk to piazzale Michelangelo as well which was lovely.
the shower was only a bathtub with a removable shower head (which was expected as it is an older building)

We spent a lovley couple of days in this residence in the delux room. It was very chique and a pleasure to reside in too! The area was nice to walk in and only a 15 minute walk into the center although there are bars and restaurants very close being only a 5-6 minute walk away.
