Wonderful
10-minute tram ride from the train station and the start of the historic old town area, so you are very close. Yet, you are in a quiet residential area so you can escape the crowds and traffic of downtown quickly. The room was bright, modern, and fairly well-equipped. I liked the layout of the room with the separate area for the bed and plenty of closet space for clothes. The staff was great and gave us laundry detergent so that we didn't need to buy any. They also provided great recommendations for a neighborhood restaurant that we visited twice.
Minor point: The bed is a bit firm, as is typical in Europe.

The apartment was spacious for the two of us, and it was clean and equipped with everything we needed, such as a washing machine, plates, kitchen utensils, etc. The staff spoke English and was very professional. We reserved and got a spacious and secure (gated) parking space.

I loved the location of it! It was close to the tram station that would take us into the city center that would make exploring easy. The room was also spacious and clean. The washer was of great use for us during our travels.
The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear neighbors around you late night and early morning. For heavy sleepers, you should be fine! For light sleepers, maybe earplugs would help.0

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel is located outside of the city center, however there is a tram station within a 5 minute walk so it was very convenient to go back and forth to the city center. Our room came with a washing machine which was amazing, and the AC worked well.
the decor is a bit basic but we did not mind as our stay was comfortable.

Great Location relative to Tram (subway) which allows access of Florence. Apartment is very nice. Clothes Washer is nice. Host was outstanding. Getting around Florence is the best. Lines T1 & T2 get you everywhere.
I had to pay 15 euros a day for a parking spot.

Clean appartment, friendly staff and well equipped. The location was also near the tram stop. Its very quiet compared to the center of Florence. Parking is also great as its gated. The furnishing is quite nice.
Water heater was very slow. We had 3 people in the room and only the 1st person got proper hot water.

The studio was very spacious and clean. Great location, you can take the tram nearby to the main train station then walk to the historic areas. Very easy to use you can with card on board or buy tickets. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The property had a hanging rack for your clothes after a wash. AC was great and kept the room comfortable.
The washer worked well but the wash cycle was longer than we're used to but I think this is the standard for small European washers, just something to be aware of if doing laundry

Great space with everything you need. Good environment and close to public transportation. Very comfortable for a family of 4. Gated parking was available for a safer feeling. Would love to come back again. Our host was super helpful and friendly. We stayed 1 night.

The cleanliness of the residence is excellent. The apartment has everything you need — from a washing machine and iron to dining facilities for six people. Although it is six tram stops away from Florence city center, the tram stop is nearby. The parking area is quite sufficient.

Good kitchen with pots and pans for cooking a meal. Spacious room. The staff was nice, and there was free water near the front desk.
I slept on the sofa bed, which was unacceptably uncomfortable. Don’t recommend for the third person. The water heater was not big enough to have two people taking shower back to back. The 2nd person would just basically took a cold shower.

We had a great stay here — the apartment was modern, spotless, and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located near the Leopoldo T1 tram, which made it super easy to get to the city center and the main train station.
Overnight parking was smooth, and the front desk was really helpful, showing us around the apartment and where to park. They were also very responsive on WhatsApp for anything we needed during the stay.
Highly recommended — would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Florence!
