Great location. We were able to take Train to visit all places and get to the hotel. Very reasonable train ticket prices and no need for private transportation

The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. Easy to walk to tram, restaurant and café for breakfast.

Spacious, clean studio in a quiet area. Easy access to the old town by public transportation. Friendly staff, good guidance prior and upon arrival. Would go back!

This property is by far the very best I have ever stayed in! It’s so modern, yet cozy and comfortable! It definitely made our stay 10x better!
If you have kids I definitely recommend paying extra to book the larger room with the bunk bed, my kids loved it.
The staffs were extremely friendly and very sweet making sure we were comfortable. and when we had to check in late they were very informative on how to get in your apartment which i loved!
They also have a private garage if you rent a car for your stay which was awesome! didn’t need to worry about parking!
Would definitely be booking this residence again in the future and recommend it to all my friends and family when they travel to florence!

The interior design is lovely. The apartment was spacious and full of amenities. The residence is located conveniently off the tram line from the train station, which also means it doesn't take long to get to the city center.

Everything was perfect, the atmosphere, the staff, the rooms just absolutely perfect!
This property makes you feel at home, safe and at peace, it definitely made my trip even more enjoyable because I knew I am coming back to an apartment where I feel extremely comfortable and cozy!

The location is outside the city centre and therefore really quiet. The apartment is spacious and clean. There is free water and coffee to enjoy. Parking is EUR 15/day in private parking place super close to the apartment building.
Only thing is that the shower drain is clogged, we did not bother to contact the staff though.

Shower runs out of hot water after a single shower so no good if you have two or more people wanting a shower. The cooker can only do one pot at a time even though it has two heating elements -that's due to some fault or wiring issue.
Parking is expensive and is extra.

Very convenient to the tram stop (only 5 min walk). Room was decent and very clean. Staffs were very kind
The beds weren’t comfortable. If you suffer from back pain, it might be worth considering before booking. That said, everything was very clean.

Perfect for family trip! Spatious rooms, very clean, new and comprehensive facilities, quiet location yet very convenient to go downtown and central station with frequent tram. Also got an early bird discount. Will definitely stay here again if coming to Florence.

Everything was fantastic! The location was perfect for getting into the city center. The parking was easy for us to use. The room was fantastic for my family to use. Staff was lovely as well! No issues at all and I would 100% stay here again. Better than some of the airbnbs we've used lately. I'm so glad we chose to stay here!

Located on a quiet dead-end street, Residence Leopoldo is very professionally managed by a friendly front-office staff; checking-in was easy and instructive. Although outside of the densely crowded historical center surrounding the Duomo, the residence is very convenient for taking the tram -- but the 20-minute walk into the center and to the train station was too easy and flat for us to bother. A great supermarket, offering an extensive gluten-free section (and insight into what the local Florentines eat), is located only a few blocks away, so we were able to prepare most of our meals with high-quality products. The Residence was very clean, providing maid service and a change of linen once during our 5-night stay. The bed was comfortable, wide, and firm; extra pillows and blankets were available. Complimentary toiletries, teas, bottled waters, and slippers were generously provided, and filtered water was available in the front office. The washing machine, clothes rack, and balcony were definite pluses. Overall, a great place to call "home" for 5 days.
The slippery bathtub was somewhat frightening while taking a shower, but plenty of hot water was available. More clothes hangers would have been useful.

Room size was great. Not that close to the city center but very easy to reach it via public transportation. Check in and check out was great. Supermarket is close by.
The size of the room was amazing but the way the apartment was arranged was not that great.
The living area and bedroom don't have a direct wall so if someone is watching the TV the person in the bedroom will hear the same thing at the same volume.

10-minute tram ride from the train station and the start of the historic old town area, so you are very close. Yet, you are in a quiet residential area so you can escape the crowds and traffic of downtown quickly. The room was bright, modern, and fairly well-equipped. I liked the layout of the room with the separate area for the bed and plenty of closet space for clothes. The staff was great and gave us laundry detergent so that we didn't need to buy any. They also provided great recommendations for a neighborhood restaurant that we visited twice.
Minor point: The bed is a bit firm, as is typical in Europe.
