Wonderful
Location - Easy to reach via tram. Not far from centre by tram. Really cool affordable local restaurants nearby.
Staff - Gina was amazing and super helpful from the moment we got there to the moment we left.
Value for money!!
The bed was a little uncomfortable but that is just because my wife and I prefer hard beds that provide a lot of support. The Matress was really soft and as such we struggled a little with our backs.

The place is just 5 minute walk away from the tram to bring you to the center of Florence. Very convenient. Place is clean, cozy, in a quiet neighborhood. Place is also complete with plates, cuttleries, cooking equipment. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.

We a family of 11 members booked 3 rooms for 6 days.
1. The apartment is very close to centre.
2.Leopoldo tram stop is very close and that was very helpful for our travel.
3. Staffs were very helpful and supportive.
4. Kitchen vessels were very helpful to cook your favorite foods.
5.coop super market is 200m from the stay.
6.Washing machine was really helpful when you stay for longer period.
Overall we had a wonderful stay in Residence Leopoldo.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Ease of access through tram line. Fully equipped apartment which was of good size. Had a balcony. Staff was great and very helpful. Felt like home away from home.

This place is really nice and suitable for family. I booked two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. One bedroom is an open space connecting to living area.
There is a private parking which is very safe. You will get a key for entering parking area. The cost is 15 euro per night.
This apartment is close to tram where you can easily go to the city center. Also, Coop is around there. Very convenient.
I will stay this apartment again once I come back Florence.
It would be great if TV can watch Youtube or Netflix.

The room was spacious and well furnished, with good kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and they have an excellent local map with recommendations for eating out. The location was perfect and quiet.
The dark pink colour of the walls and ceiling: made the room dark.

The staff were so helpful and lovely (thank you to Gina). The unit was large, comfortable and had everything we needed for a stay of 4 nights. It was also close to public transport making it easy to get around.
Minor but worth noting if you have a lot of luggage or mobility issues. Advertised as lifts to upper levels but the entrance has approx 10 steps to get to the check in and lift.

Recently stayed in a spacious apartment located in a residential area. Loved the comfy bed and modern facilities, especially the well-equipped kitchen. The nearby tram was a bonus only 6 stops to Firenze center and quite affordable. Although parking was secure, it was on the pricier side. The staff? Absolutely friendly! Highly recommended for a blend of comfort and convenience.

The staff were super friendly, washing machine was great even gave us pegs to hang our washing,location was an easy walk to the station, super clean and would definitely stay again.
It was just off the main road in a site street just had to be more aware at night but we honestly had no problems. The building had great security.
