Wonderful place. Huge apartment two blocks from the Duomo. The best bathtub I have ever had the pleasure of using. The staff was helpful and responsive, and the housekeeping staff were kind enough to assist with bags upon departure.
While the staff is responsive and helpful, their onsite hours are somewhat limited. I would have loved a nespresso machine in the unit. But these are minor issues--overall it was wonderful

The location was amazing! Very close to everything, all the sights and amazing restaurants. I ran the marathon and because all amenities are complete we were able to cook after the race.

pretty much everything was good. from the early contact with instructions how to get to and into the property, to the well maintained room and building. the location is top, quite close to all the good places.

The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, and well appointed. The location was super convenient, easily walkable to the duomo, Uffizi, Accademia, San Marco, and other main sites. We had a car and appreciated the convenience of the garage right around the corner.
I would have liked a softer pillow.

It was an extraordinary place. Everything was in perfect condition, and there were all kinds of little touches that made it special, things I haven't seen in other places. Very economical for what it offered. Wonderful location.

Amazing location. Central but quiet as our room was off the main street. Large space to spread out including a kitchen with everything you need. The housekeeping was thorough. The communication with the staff was great and they helped us with a taxi back to the airport. Multiple restaurants on the same street along with shops and a short walk to the Duomo.
The only negatives were that the AC was off and it was hot in the room (travelled in October) and the pillows were hard. The staff assisted with some fans and a summer blanket.

Very nice room, received a free upgrade. Next to city center but not loud. Loved the full kitchen.
Feels weird that there is no reception on Sundays, seems like it would be difficult to check in and out on sunday.

Fantastic location just a short walk to the Duomo!! We had a very nice surprise upgrade to a large suite that was so nice!! Comfortable bed and great service from the staff. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apt is very large - plenty of room for the sitting/dining area separate from the bedroom and bath. Everything was super clean -- and I have high standards. The location was fantastic - the staff - reception and the cleaning - were very personal and accommodating. Wifi and Air Conditioning were critical to us, since we are working remotely.Both of these exceeded our expectations. We had choice restaurants and attractions within a short walking distance. Great selection - highly recommend.
Wish we had stayed longer.
