Residence Hilda is an awesome hotel very close to the Florence Duomo. In fact you can see the beautiful dome of the duomo from the entrance of the hotel! Just gorgeous! We had an amazing apt style unit with one bedroom and one sofa bed (attached to the kitchen area). It was easter Sunday and the reception was closing early - but we were given detailed instructions for check in with a remote option to open the main door to the hotel and to the unit. We loved the place - everything is very close by and walkable ! Location is unbeatable ! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you to our host and the lady who came to help us on sunday when we were checking out (sorry forgot to ask her name). Amazing place!
AC was not on - but did not bother us . The weather was very pleasant outside and we could keep the windows open for a bit. But sharing for awareness.

An absolute 10/10 stay for 9 weeks! Perfect location near the Duomo with spacious, well-equipped apartments. The bed was fantastic, and the choice of pillows (memory foam/down/hypoallergenic) was a luxurious touch. The staff are the heart of this hotel—professional, warm, and incredibly dog-friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better Florentine experience.

The apartment was very spacious with a large bedroom, living room with a kitchen and dining table. The bathroom was also large with plenty of towels and the bed was super comfortable. I found the apartment to be exceptionally clean and the staff were always available to help in any way. The location was in an amazing urban location that was easy to walk to all the historical locations. I actually left a valuable article in the room on check-out and they returned it by an additional step of having it overnighted to another city for me.

Wonderful place. Huge apartment two blocks from the Duomo. The best bathtub I have ever had the pleasure of using. The staff was helpful and responsive, and the housekeeping staff were kind enough to assist with bags upon departure.
While the staff is responsive and helpful, their onsite hours are somewhat limited. I would have loved a nespresso machine in the unit. But these are minor issues--overall it was wonderful

pretty much everything was good. from the early contact with instructions how to get to and into the property, to the well maintained room and building. the location is top, quite close to all the good places.

The location was amazing! Very close to everything, all the sights and amazing restaurants. I ran the marathon and because all amenities are complete we were able to cook after the race.

The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious, and well appointed. The location was super convenient, easily walkable to the duomo, Uffizi, Accademia, San Marco, and other main sites. We had a car and appreciated the convenience of the garage right around the corner.
I would have liked a softer pillow.

It was an extraordinary place. Everything was in perfect condition, and there were all kinds of little touches that made it special, things I haven't seen in other places. Very economical for what it offered. Wonderful location.

Amazing location. Central but quiet as our room was off the main street. Large space to spread out including a kitchen with everything you need. The housekeeping was thorough. The communication with the staff was great and they helped us with a taxi back to the airport. Multiple restaurants on the same street along with shops and a short walk to the Duomo.
The only negatives were that the AC was off and it was hot in the room (travelled in October) and the pillows were hard. The staff assisted with some fans and a summer blanket.
