Room was great, breakfast even better. We booked this hotel due to proximity it’s of the airport tram and railroad station. All worked out extremely well.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Large room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast on outside terrace. Friendly staff. Location on a busy street near train station but very quiet. Near all attractions.

An outstanding place to stay. The staff were wonderful. Be prepared, you need to order your breakfast before the morning on a sheet of paper, but no issues, plus if I wanted more they gladly gave me some. Location was great, dont have to lug your luggage far, as train station is right next to the hotel location.
Check in is not late if that is needed. Staff depart at 6:30pm. Not an issue for me.

Sitting on the terrace looking at the wonderful view while enjoying a delicious breakfast was an absolute highlight. Stefano, Elena and Madalina were fantastic hosts, any little problem was fixed immediately. I stayed here for 7 nights and loved every minute.
Pillows, but Stefano solved that straight away.

Staff were very friendly and were around to help. The view from the breakfast room was exceptional. It was 5 minute walk from the central market and the Medici chapel. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were spacious and clean. Could not ask for a better hotel for a city trip.

The staff was very nice and breakfast was great. The location was close to the train station.
The room was clean but the bathroom water was ice cold the entire time and a sewage-like smell was coming from the sink which wasn't ideal.

Very central location, my room faced the city centre, with a stunning view. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast on the terrace is an amazing option.
For this price I would have expected a better breakfast. You could choose from a list but the croissant was dry and the orange juice was not freshly squeezed. The cappuccino was instead great.
