I love that the amenities are modern, sound proofing is so good .It's in a street with stores / restaurants walking distance to the SMN train station. It's very quiet at night , I slept so good in my stay her .I can hear the birds in the morning , the church bell & the view is beautiful . Breakfast with superb choices . The hosts Stefano & Elena are very polite & kind . I will come back here in my next visit to Florence .

I was very lucky to find this place at the last minute. There's a reason why it's almost never available. The hosts were lovely and professional. When I wanted to drop my bag off so I could explore the city before checking in, Stefano kindly let me check in early at no extra charge since my room was ready. The breakfast was also very good and you have several options to choose from. Definitely worth the money considering the quality and portion sizes. I also recommend eating it outside on the terrace as you get a lovely view.

The staff was very friendly
1. This place is close to the train station, the part of the town that looked not very safe, particularly if you are as solo traveler, I was not comfortable walking late to the place.
2. The place located in a building on the second floor: looks like the owner renovated the apartments, it felt like being in a student dorms, clean, very small rooms, no storing area, hangers in the coned of the room.
3. Breakfast was ok, not great.
4. I canceled my booking after the first night (had it for total 3 nights) and move to other hotel, of course did not get any refunds.

The establishment's location is highly convenient, situated a mere four-minute walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk from the Atvo bus stop. Our staff demonstrated exceptional accommodation and provided valuable recommendations for local dining. The breakfast service was commendable, particularly the outstanding pistachio croissants.

An easy walk from the train station and close to the heart of Florence. For us the breakfast was perfect, simple but so fresh and delicious. Thank you for such a lovely place to stay and for all your help in navigating the city.

Staff were excellent and the terrace overlooking the city was fabulous . Great to have the mini fridge and coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast was generous and the proximity to the station very handy

Absolutely lovely, the room was simple, spacious and very clean. The terrace has a wonderful view, perfect area for sitting & relaxing with a glass (or two!) of Prosecco. This is also a perfect if you want easy access to the railway station.
Nothing to dislike, would stay there again.

Great location. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast really good - light and enjoyable. Little rooftop terrace a lovely spot to just sit for breakfast or later in the day with a glass of wine and enjoy the view.
