Staff were excellent and the terrace overlooking the city was fabulous . Great to have the mini fridge and coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast was generous and the proximity to the station very handy

Absolutely lovely, the room was simple, spacious and very clean. The terrace has a wonderful view, perfect area for sitting & relaxing with a glass (or two!) of Prosecco. This is also a perfect if you want easy access to the railway station.
Nothing to dislike, would stay there again.

Great location. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast really good - light and enjoyable. Little rooftop terrace a lovely spot to just sit for breakfast or later in the day with a glass of wine and enjoy the view.

Excellent location. Combination of old world charm and modern. Good size rooms.
A few minor things. Shampoo ran out (inconvenient when it’s the only shampoo/soap option). Shower over bath (not my favourite). Hosts were friendly though not really engaging (when compared to other hosts around Italy).

We like this B&B so much for its location near to the train station and major tourist spots. Our room is big and clean. Our breakfast at the terrace was exceptional. We will stay here again if we come back to Florence.

The only part I didn’t like was the button. They didn’t tell that you supposed to press a button in order to open the door. Yes they show the picture but they need to tell you that you have to press a certain button in order to get in other wise you will get confused.

Perfect location ! Just a short walk from all the main sites in Florence and 2 minutes walk from the train station. So many restaurants nearby. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Terrace was so relaxing to sit out on with breakfast in the morning. Super quiet and couldn't hear anyone else in the hotel.
