Very Good
The room was great and comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect, excellent access to museums, churches, restaurants and other points of interest. Short walk to the train station. Breakfast was very good and the service was great. Was in a beautiful old building.
So, older charming buildings have their downsides. The elevator was small and dated, which didn't matter too much since we usually take the stairs. The breakfast area felt dated and was in need of a refresh.

The property was close to everything in Florence! The breakfast was great and the staff was so nice all hours of the day!
There was no vent fan in the bathroom, so when you showed the whole room got hot. This made it very uncomfortable especially at night before bed. The air doesn’t work super well because the ceilings are so high I would imagine.

Location and proximity to the Santa Maria Del Fiori cathedral. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
Very hard to get here if you are driving. Most roads do not give you access to the hotel.

The location was great, close to everything. The hotel also has parking, whihc we new was a bit expensive, but at least they have the option. Breakfast was also good. The staff was very attentive.
For the price the room was OK. The price of the parking was not available before arrival. I wish the description has it include.
