From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Daria and Angelo at the reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She made us feel at home right away and was always ready to assist with anything we needed.
We stayed in the apartment-type room, which was spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The jacuzzi was a real treat after long days out, and we loved the large flat-screen TV with Netflix and the super-fast Wi-Fi – perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The air conditioning was also excellent – very quiet and efficient, which made our stay even more comfortable.
Breakfast each morning was a highlight, especially the delicious cappuccino, which quickly became a favorite.
The location is excellent – in a calm and peaceful area, but still very close to public transport (tram, etc.) and a supermarket just a short walk away. Everything was convenient, and yet we felt far from the noise of the city.
This stay truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The breakfast was excellent with many wonderful food choices. Coffee was very good. Room was pleasant, spacious for our luggage, clean, comfortable.
We were grateful for the air conditioning! It worked but just took a few minutes for it to cool the room.

The staff that came to put on sheets and enable us to us the air conditioning were great. The bathroom was tiny, but a least decorated in bright colors.
Hotel was fairly old and dingy, depressing actually. The room was hot, the lighting awful and no sheets on one bed. Thank God there were staff around to help.

Definitely suggest this place when staying in Florence - staff was super friendly, helped with recommendations, booked dinner place for us for our first night. Rooms were cleaned regularly, all needed was there.

Everything! The place is pretty, comfortable and spacious within a reasonable walking distance from the old centre. Receptionist was very nice. We even had a little garden outside!

The location is great, the staff is very nice.

Our room was the smallest i ever experienced and you cannot expect that from photos.
The type of room that we choose has also normal rooms.
This one i do not exagerate, was only to step around the bed. But you cannot walk into the room without touching the bed or the walls or the desk/closet to go to bathroom or go out of the room.
I think is between 10-12 square meters.
The bathroom is a small normal bathroom but the room was a big disappointment for us.
We barely found a spot to able to open the luggage, only 1 luggage in the front of the bathroom door…
This kind of room should be unposted from the hotel or to be informed about it before confirming, or at least to have a half price…

It is a family run hotel/bed n breakfast by a lovely gentleman and his lovely sister. It was a nice place for what we were looking for relating to cost - not the city centre prices, but reasonable for a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride to the city centre which we wanted because we always try to incorporate extra walking into our holidays to get to know the layout of the neighbourhoods. We had a lovely little garden area to enjoy - which we did while enjoying a glass of wine after our train journey from Verona and before we set out to start our exploration of the Florence City Centre. The bedroom was a decent size and the bed was a (North American queen size) and very comfortable. They served up an excellent breakfast - even offered prosecco for a mimosa to start the day off (lol). Overall, we were very pleased with our choice for all the reason mentioned above and would definitely for future travels to Florence

The breakfast offered was excellent. Because I pre booked museum visits early in the morning, I was only able to utilize that option for half of my stay.
I cannot find anything wrong with this property. It was farther from the train station than I originally thought, but I figured the tram system after arrival.
