My room was above a Pub below. Ask for a room.away from the Pub and it will be a great choice.

Gracious and helpful staff, elegant yet comfortable facility and furnishings, close to main city sights
The entry stairs, tiring to navigate with luggage or after a long day sightseeing. Occasionally outside noise would be audible due to central location but most rooms were effectively soundproofed

The nicest most helpful people run this guest house. It reminded me of Florence from days gone by. Our stay was one of best parts of the trip.

Excellent location. Very centrally located and the rooms were very quiet thanks to the double windows. Also loved having access to the kitchen/dining area to meet as a group, enjoy breakfast, coffee, wine, etc.
Shower enclosure was slightly awkward, but this was a very minor. Everything was great

Breakfast room was nice with a lot of tools for making breakfast drinks. In room frig was a plus. Anna is a friendly host. Close walk to tourist hot spots. Always clean.
Could get loud and difficult to enter the building at night with the close proximity to bustling adjacent bars. Be aware there are a lot of steps. Only one floor or so not accessible from the lift. Not a problem for us, just something to note.

The owner was so sweet and had our rooms ready early for our arrival. She also provided detailed maps with lots of recommendations for us which was so helpful! The rooms were decorated so nicely and were very comfortable. The property was also in such an ideal central location to everything.

Great location. Breakfast room with small appliances and coffee/tea was great. We could have take away at night or a little snack before heading out for the day. Self serve laundry facilities only a short walk.
Near a nightclub and a bit noisy late at night.

The location was phenomenal! About a 7-10 minute walk to the Duomo and pretty much anything else! The room was so cute and cozy, with an extraordinary bed (I slept so good). The facilities were also super clean and the bathroom was very spacious. On top of it all the host was so sweet! Super friendly and responsive. Would most definitely stay here again!

Anna and Beatriz were very friendly, Anna welcomed us and gave us many recommendations for eating and places to explore around the city. I will definitely stay there again. I almost forgot to mention the location is to walking distance to Duomo.

Everything was exceptional! The location is close to almost everything a traveler needs. Sights, restaurants, walking zone, the old city. Perfect location. The property was spotless. There is a dining room with basic supplies making it easy to have breakfast before going out. The staff were very helpful, the city map came pre-marked ready to go.

Very convenient place. The room was comfortable. The staffs were very friendly and kind. Even gave me a map to recommend restaurants.
Maybe because the room next door was husband and wife from loud voice country, very noisy through the wall.

Awesome location in the heart of Florence! The room was tidy, comfortable, and quiet despite being in a busy area! Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.
Not really an issue, just a warning that you do have to walk up a set of stairs before getting to the elevator. Just be aware if you have large suitcases with you.

Wonderful
Anna and Francesca were wonderful hostesses. The place was so charming and cozy. The breakfast room was well equipped with dishes, coffee makers, cutlery, apples and a refrigerator. Very charming decor.
I did not like the slippery shiny bathroom tile nor that there was a step up from the sink to the toilet and shower. I was so worried about missing the step and falling. Also at times there was a lot of outside noise from the Old Stove Pub directly below our room.
