We loved our stay, apartment has everything you need and more! The location is perfect and it is suprisingly quiet. It is so close to the heart of the town. We enjoyed the coffee machine and tidying of the room by staff was a nice touch along with spare toiletteries, tooth brushes, slippers and much more.
The shower doors don't close all the way, but that is such a minor inconvenience.

Amazing!!!! What a view from the room, little kitchen with coffee machine really convenient. Great location, really spotless, just WOW! Most comfiest beds ever!!!! Easy contactless check in/out. Only down fall was as a family of 4 only 2 managed a shower before the water was cold, having said that we didn’t seek advice on this.

The place is absolutely beautiful, the best views in the city. The apartment has everything you might need for a stay (from a full stacked kitchen, toiletries, extra linen, iron, hear dryer, about 10 different pillows..) the location is close to everything, but quiet. The hosts were kind, helpful and made me feel at home.
It’s one of the most steep streets in the city - so it’s kind of hike (but it’s worth it!)
I’m sorry I only got to stay there just one night…

- room view was not the same as we expected. It was not same with the picture it shown. Of course, it is a great view and We can see Duomo but not directly from the coach or bedroom.
- No w/c in common area.

The location was superb but be warned, it is up a very steep hill or you can go another way which involves many many steps. For those that cannot walk up steep inclines, this will NOT be for you. The room was very clean with a great view. Excellent service from owners even though they are not physically at the property, everything is communicated via Whatsapp.
I did not like the fact that they did not do breakfast. It was a pain to have to get up every morning to go out to eat, especially when it is pouring with rain. The previous year we stayed at this venue and the breakfast was amazing, one of the main reasons actually that I choose to stay at this hotel a second year. I think the hotel should take breakfast orders from their guests prior to arrival and have it delivered to their rooms in a small basket, like fruit, boiled eggs, breads, pasteries, fresh juice etc, this would make such a difference.

In a perfect location close to the centre but was a nice quiet street, was very clean and tidy , the facilities were great all working also the instructions to get into the property were very clear and communication was clear and helpful, fast replies to any questions.

The ac was amazing, it smelled wonderful, had everything you needed. It felt like a home. And I loved the location, it felt quiet and peaceful.
Nothing. However people who are less mobile may have trouble going up the hill to get there.
