Clean, bright and airy. Was amazed by the efficiency of the lift, despite its unusually compact size.
Beatrice was very prompt in providing helpful information and answering all our messages and queries.
Would have been nice to be able to have our master bedroom main curtains fully drawn closed at night with the air conditioner on. The A/C is underneath the window so the air flow would be obstructed if we had not left the curtains drawn open.

The lift is small and does not stop at floor level bathroom cramped and one single bed in kitchen no privacy no lock on bathroom door no hooks to hang clothes except the wardrobe

Very good location - it is just 20 minutes walk from the Colloseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain etc. There is a supermarket and ice cream shop just downstairs. Fabrizio was very helpful as well.

Great location in the centre of the city and adequately sized for 3 people
The air conditioning was very noisy and it would have been nice to be provided some coffee for the machine and detergent for the washing machine that were in the apartment.

The location was the best. We had a short visit so it made it easy to get to all the attractions we planned for. It was a very quiet area which was great and then within one block, we were close to everything we needed and wanted to do and see. All the attractions and shopping too.
Only that the apartment could have been cleaned a little more. I felt I had to do some cleaning and disinfecting before I could become comfortable.

Great layout for our family of four. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Unit equipped with everything you could need.

We didn't like anything, the place is not clean, there is a smell of mold and dampness as you enter the apartment
the beds are not comfortable at all, they gave me back pain
Disgusting apartment, not clean at all,
It is very small, not like the pictures at all, noisy air conditioner we couldn't sleep at night because of the noise so we turned it off and it was very hot, uncomfortable beds as if sleeping on stones.
You had to climb a lot of stairs in order to get the apartment when the elevator is very small and barely works, the entrance of the building and the stairs are very dirty...
there is a smell of mold and dampness as you enter the apartment
there is nowhere to put the towels or the soap in the shower.
we were a family of four people we hardly moved, my children were very dipointed from the place and this thing destroyed our stay in florence.
The most annoying thing is that two days before we arrived the owenrs claimed that they made a mistake in the calculations of the tax price and charged me another 20 euros and I had no choice because I didn't have time left to cancel or change the resrvition
