Great location,clean,comfortable apartment. Best of all were the hosts, Gianni went outside of his way to help us both on arrival and departure! Can’t say enough about his concern for us, our stay, accommodating our arrival and getting us a cab on departure on a rainy day when no taxi’s were available. He took the stress out of our travels.

Clean, beautiful and the best possible location. Wonderful snacks and wine left for us which we loved and the owner gave us wonderful recommendations.
Everything was wonderful but due to the size of the apartment if you have four adults just know there is only a loveseat in the living area for comfortable seating. I recommend providing some large cushions for floor seating, which is more comfortable than a folding chair.

We liked everything. The host was incredible. He took the time to explain how to use all of the things in our apartment plus he gave us tips and guides to go around town. He gave us complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine and made us feel totally at home and answered all of our questions whenever we ask or text him. He even arranged for a taxi. This is definitely a six star place.

The location is perfect.A small apartment in the center but it is facing to a courtyard so it is also super quiet . You can just walk around and see the city . The host was super friendly made it a local experience .

We had a fantastic 3-night stay in Florence! The host was exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even arranging a taxi to the train station for our departure. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delightful assortment of snacks and beverages—a lovely touch. The elevator made it easy to handle luggage to the third floor apartment. Perfectly situated near Ponte Vecchio, it provided both comfort and convenience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Florence!

Very clean and well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The elevator made getting in and out easy, and the air conditioning worked great. The host was excellent and gave us a great introduction to Florence with fantastic advice on where to eat and things to do. We were even presented with a variety of delicious beverages and snacks on arrival.
A little bit small for a family of 6, there was not a lot of room to spread out.

Very comfortable apartment, we traveled as a family. It fit 6 of us. The beds were comfortable and Gianni was a great host with wonderful recommendations for our short stay in Florence. Very well located, near everything we wanted to see. He also helped us to arrange an early morning taxi cab to the airport. I would stay there again.
