This hotel is close to all areas and away from the craziness on the other side of Ponte Vecchio, but walking distance to everything. This hotel is GREAT!!! Modern, Clean, Staff are Absolutely Wonderful. They go out of their way to assist with suggestions and any needs that you might have. Will definitely return to this place! :) Breakfast was delicious !

We stayed at the hotel as a couple and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and we felt well taken care of during our stay.
The staff were very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the location in the city center is excellent. It’s a great base for sightseeing, with many attractions within walking distance.
When the window was open, there was a bit of street noise, but that’s quite expected given the very central location of the hotel.

Everything was perfect, staff were too helpful advised us to the attractions around the hotel, also they made their best to prepare our breakfast in bags early morning before breakfast time starts because we had to join trip tour that day

The property is fantastic — spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the perfect way to start each day before heading out to explore. The location is ideal, offering the best of both worlds: quick access to the main tourist attractions, or the option to wander into more authentic, traditional Florentine neighbourhoods.
