Everything was perfect, staff were too helpful advised us to the attractions around the hotel, also they made their best to prepare our breakfast in bags early morning before breakfast time starts because we had to join trip tour that day

The property is fantastic — spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the perfect way to start each day before heading out to explore. The location is ideal, offering the best of both worlds: quick access to the main tourist attractions, or the option to wander into more authentic, traditional Florentine neighbourhoods.

They provided me with a different room as my room isn't available even though I sent them an email and they confirmed that the exact room ( suite) will be provided So it was a horrible experience and we wasted our time and their solution was to refund me the money and to search for another hotel!!! And the AC in all of the rooms they showed us is not working we couldn't sleep off the heat and all windows are locked

Friendly, helpful and attentive staff who were excellent and charming. Nice kitchenette but see below. Great location. Good breakfast selection, nicely presented.
Noise external ( our room on the ground floor) especially early hours. Noise above, heavy footsteps regularly. Doesn’t seem to have sound deadening. Shortage of facilities in the kitchenette to warm milk. A small simple stainless steel pan would have been adequate rather than using a frying pan. Breakfast room was very cramped

There is only glass between the bed and the toilet and shower so limited privacy in the bathroom.

Our stay was flawless. The hotel is fabulous but what makes it even more fabulous is the staff. Each and every team member went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They are all lovely! Our room was large and quite comfortable. We loved the bed, dual rain shower and hot tub, especially after walking all day. The living room and coffee area were perfect for someone like me who wakes up early. Appreciated being able to make coffee and sit on the sofa without disturbing my husband. Breakfast was very nice and had a good selection. The hotel is steps from the Ponte Vecchio bridge, Ponte Santa Trinita and Pitti Palace. It's in a quiet neighborhood yet there are dozens of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops all within walking distance without having to cross the Arno. Higly recommed staying here. We will definitely stay here again.
