Pleasant
Carla is an extremely nice, kind and accommodating host. On arrival day she met us at midnight to check us in as our train was very delayed. Despite the late hour, she carefully explained all the best places to visit in the city and gave us amazing tips and advice that we absolutely don't regret following. Whenever we had any questions or needed any help she was quick to respond.
The room we were staying in was very dark and there was a little counter space in the kitchen. Moreover the place has very distinct smell and I would not recommend to someone with asthma.

Excelent comunication with the owner, good position near a huge park ( Boboli ). Around 12-15 minutes to center on walking. Enough space for a family of 4, very warm apartment, good sound isolation, nice beds and pillows. Carefour express within 5 min. For taxi always use appTaxi ( local app for calling taxi ), uber is +30%. Laundry room is excelent for more the ln a few days in the city.

Picked this place due to the location and also outdoor area. Manager who meet us was very helpful and friendly, showed us around the property and gave us info on the area.
Couple of good restaurants in the next street over (Mila Pizzeria and Porta Romana). Unit was quiet and comfortable. Shower is smallish but was fine and had good water pleasure. Very nice to site outside and plan our days we stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommend these units. Nice 15-20 minute walk to the city Center with some good places for coffee and Cornetto on the way..
No issues really recommend this place.

Really really enjoyed the stay here and would highly recommend. A 20-25 min walk from the city centre but in an area less populated with everything you need nearby. The check in/check out was seamless and easy. If I come back to Florence, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Wonderful
We loved being in a more open and relaxed environment looking at trees only about a 15 minute walk away from the busy-ness of Florence. The apartment is very close to the outstanding Boboli Gardens as well as to a number of enjoyable restaurants and cafes. Our host Clara went out of her way to share info about Florence and to help us with anything we needed.

The apartment itself was a bit drab but everything was provided. Stairs to the mezzanine were difficult for my elderly friend.

The location was stellar. Before Poggio, we stayed near San Lorenzo in the heart of Florence. We decided to come here to spend a few nights in the Oltrarno. The location was serene, less congested with tourists, and easily walkable to all major sightseeing stops. The accommodations were above and beyond. Charming, roomy and quiet. Well furnished. The host was extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely stay here again.
Getting the keys was a little challenging because we didn’t understand the office entrance was on the street below the apartments. Once we connected with our host by What’s App, she was quick to respond and meet us.

Just outside of main city so quieter yet still easy to catch public transport
Be aware of what standard of room you receive as we thought all apartments opened to outdoor area directly, but not so. Perhaps Booking co needs more details for each. Also be aware that twin beds will cost you extra which was later explained to us.

Very Good
Nicely maintained old building with real terracotta floor and arched ceilings, clean and tidy. Location is perfect, not extremely touristic, quiet neighborhood with local cafes and restaurants and still 20 minutes walking from the historical center. Public transport is also an option if you are not into walking.

Nice studio apartment that gives you that Italian feel. Very well equipped. About 30 minute walk to the major attractions. Close to restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Clara was very welcoming and helpful.

A beautiful place to stay with a lot of character, great layout. Clean and good communication from hosts. I would stay here again if coming back to Florence.
It's about a 25 minute walk to get to the other side of the river and a lot of the main sites in Florence, so not right in the middle of it all, but for me, it was no problem. There are many great sights and restaurants nearby too (and buses to get around easily)

The apartment was very lovely and comfy, the building itself was old and authentic. The location is far from noise parts of Florence.
The host was nice and helpful. We had everything we needed.

Really lovely apartment in Florence, just outside of the busy touristy centre. Lots of local and cheaper restaurants nearby, loved the pizza at Porta Romana Pizza and Grill with very reasonable prices.
