Breakfast was very good. The location was ideal.
The accommodation is a hostel and as a result a lot of young guests. It has a good atmosphere and we enjoyed our stay.

Second time staying here and for sure if we ever come to Florence again we will book it again. Great value for money, staff very helpful and friendly!! We had an issue with not having hot water and they went over and above to still meet our needs. They were so nice even when I asked for an extra fan in our room since I have sleeping problems, truly they are very accommodating to your needs. Thank you plus Florence will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds, the infrastructure is good, things seem to be new and in perfect state. The common areas are really great (the bar, outdoor pool, kitchen, etc)
The reception staff are really passive aggressive all the time, making it challenging to have a pleasing conversation with absolutely anyone at any time because of that. In all of the occasions we needed to talk to them (considering different days and people) the experience was not nice. The sound insulation in the bedrooms is not good, as you can hear people in the hallways, upstairs and etc. The hostel also doesn’t have their bathrooms in a separate room, so you’ll be sharing this one small toilet and shower with the number of people in your room.

Great staff. Lovely and clean and a great location to stay out of the pricey centre for dinner. All major locations are 15-20min walk

Good location. Comfortable bed, decently quiet. Staff were also very friendly.
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, the hose next to the toilet looked a bit crusty, rest of the room was very clean. Also ended up with mosquitoes in our room even though we never opened the windows.

Very comfortable and the amenities were all under one roof. The breakfast with coffee machine was well worth it. The tram going to and from the airport is just a few blocks away.

Only 10-15mins walk from old town. 10mins walk from a tram station.
As it’s a hostel, it can get very loud at night which makes it difficult for sleeping.
