Clean, nice staff, organized check-in process. Bring a locker for the closet (very spacious) to keep your belongings safe, you are sharing with others.
Nothing really, it was just a little uncomfortable for my parents as we just needed a place for 5 hours. This is mostly for the younger crowd.

The hostel is nice and has a lot of extra things: swimming pool, sauna, bar with music downstairs. The staff are an extremely valuable part of it - everyone is super nice, they try to fulfill your needs. They're all awesome.
Location is really great.
The fact that the bathroom is inside of the room is good and not so good, there is extra noise, as the doors make a lot of noise opening and closing during the night, lights have fan (again, noise); the top lights and super strong and they wake you up in the middle of the night when someone gets in. Not cool.
The common kitchen is fully equipped but closes at 21h00 (I don't understand why). Would be much better to have it ipen all night, so you can use it.
The gym is just 3 machines, so I wouldn't have high expectations in relation to it.

I stayed on the first floor, and there is a door at the back of the building that caused a lot of noise from other guests.
The light switch in the room is poor quality — there is a sparking sound when turning the lights on and off, which feels unsafe.
The bathroom facilities are inadequate, with no hooks for hanging clothes, and the drain is very slow.
Additionally, the room looks much poorer compared to the pictures.

Everything, it’s amazing the room was spacious, you get toiletries and towel. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a bidet. There’s a small lounge downstairs to eat or hangout. It has a bus station right in front of it that takes you to train station or center perfect. Do a cinque terre day trip from florence worth it.
Nothing i wish i could have extended my stay there, i learned there’s a high speed train from florence to rome airport so skip rome and stay here.

The WiFi is no so good, and there’s a pub in front of our window. So that’s wasn’t so quiet.

It was clean and I had my own room (there are shared rooms as this a hostel).
The reception was super disappointing. No effort to accomodate an earlier arrival. It looked like the reception of a doctor's office, I had to take a ticket and then waited for like more than half an hour just to check-in. The room was ok, but the toilet was super small. Windows were rather poor and let in the noise from the irish pub across the street. Air conditioning wasn't working so I had to open the window and just deal with the noise. Location wasn't great either, as it is a bit far from everything interesting. I was expecting much better for the price. I would not go back.

The location is very central and easy to access from the rail station. There is also a tram link to Florence Villa Costanza - allowing to connect with Flixbus/Itabus not passing through the city center.
The hostel is a massive facility, but the front desk handled the arrivals orderly.
The room was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom. We also had a mosquito vaporizer run out on us, and replaced within 20min of contacting the front desk - fast response!
Not downsides really, but something to keep in mind:
1) the pool is tiny, so aim for it early in the day, not evenings
2) very noisy outside - defo do not forget the earplugs.

My stay at Plus Florence was very disappointing.
From the beginning, I experienced a serious lack of organization. Every morning, I had to vacate the room, pack all my belongings, and leave, with no guarantee of having a room later in the day. This forced me to spend unnecessary time outside and come back repeatedly just to try to book a room again. It was exhausting and very inconvenient.
The most concerning issue was how my personal belongings were handled. On one occasion, while I was out, my things were removed from the room, placed in a bag, and left at the reception without my consent. As a result, I lost some personal items, including beauty oils.
This level of disorganization and lack of respect for guests’ belongings made the experience extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this place, especially for anyone looking for a stable and secure stay.

Good location and helpful staff. Room was similar with the photos.
There was no fridge in the room and the A\C couldn’t change from heat to cold and automatically blows heat so the room was very hot and we should have the windows open.
