Great rooms. very spacious. Really good food
rooms were quite stuffy and the power went out for a bit. Also the check in process is a mission and when i asked for a charger which was stated in their book they had they got mad and said no

It's very close to the Sant Marco museum. Angelico's paintings are my favorites. Before I moved in, I didn't know this was a great location.

Wonderful
The hostel is very nice.
Rooms are very comfortable (nice bed, spacious lockers and curtains for more intimacy) and clean.
The sauna and swimming pool have been very appreciated after a long day walking in the city.
The facilities are very good and spacious (do not miss the view from the rooftop!).
Strongly recommended for a stay in Firenze.
My room was in front of a pub but with earplugs it is ok, I slept well.

I stayed on the first floor, and there is a door at the back of the building that caused a lot of noise from other guests.
The light switch in the room is poor quality — there is a sparking sound when turning the lights on and off, which feels unsafe.
The bathroom facilities are inadequate, with no hooks for hanging clothes, and the drain is very slow.
Additionally, the room looks much poorer compared to the pictures.

It was clean and I had my own room (there are shared rooms as this a hostel).
The reception was super disappointing. No effort to accomodate an earlier arrival. It looked like the reception of a doctor's office, I had to take a ticket and then waited for like more than half an hour just to check-in. The room was ok, but the toilet was super small. Windows were rather poor and let in the noise from the irish pub across the street. Air conditioning wasn't working so I had to open the window and just deal with the noise. Location wasn't great either, as it is a bit far from everything interesting. I was expecting much better for the price. I would not go back.

Everything, it’s amazing the room was spacious, you get toiletries and towel. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a bidet. There’s a small lounge downstairs to eat or hangout. It has a bus station right in front of it that takes you to train station or center perfect. Do a cinque terre day trip from florence worth it.
Nothing i wish i could have extended my stay there, i learned there’s a high speed train from florence to rome airport so skip rome and stay here.

The hostel is near the center and there are a lot of facilities in the place.
The WiFi is no so good, and there’s a pub in front of our window. So that’s wasn’t so quiet.

Plenty of facilities, pool, roof terrace all in good order, also a sauna. Staff were very good, on hand straight away with a change of room due to a bizarre roomie. All very clean and although we didn’t have any I heard breakfast and dinner options were good.
Hotel itself I cannot fault.
Just a certain roomie who kept us awake all night but that has nothing to do with the hotel being at fault.
