Everything about this property was great. The hostel, the rooms, the restaurant, the bar, the common areas, the amenities, the staff and the location. A ten minutes walk from the hostel to the Duomo!!!

The location was very good!
Our room was next to street so around 5 a.m. the noise of trucks woke me up. Also, the hotel is closed to an Irish pub, so at night you could also hear a lot of noise.

Loved my room with a private balcony! Was so nice waking up to the view. Everything was clean and maids came every day. Loved the restaurant and bar area as well. I ate there twice and both meals were great with super friendly service. Used the laundry facilities too which was convenient. Staff were all welcoming and kind. Fairly central location as well, I walked everywhere. I would come again!
Could have used more towels/toilet paper. Would have been nice to have a fridge and kettle but its okay. Having the balcony was amazing however there was a bar right outside which caused noise at night. Nothing too major, I really enjoyed my stay!

A lot of amenities are only open 2 days a week which isn’t reflected when booking, there were 2 left over pieces of trash from previous guest, woken up at 7am by bull dozers on the beach that were very loud

Room is spacious, common area with pantry, nightly events in bar, terrace is a lovely place to relax while in the hostel. Our go to place whenever we visit Florence.

Friendly staff, nice and comfortable room, big enough for three people. We really loved this place and wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Not super close from the train station but you can easily walk there if you’re able to. We loved the notebooks we received and I’m going to keep it as a memory of how incredible this trip was. Thank you so much ?
