I liked how the employees were very helpful and informative. Although I could google everything and find the best places to visit their support was very helpful. Value for money.
The room was next to the road, road noises especially during the early morning were load.

The property was very nice, clean, easy to access!! Employees helped us often, spoke English & did what they could!
The central heat made it really warm & we couldn’t change it… so we left the window open for while before bed & it still seemed really hot.

Stayed in a 4-bed dorm with private bathroom, great value for money. Facility is more than adequate, and they have strict rules to prevent discomfort of other guests. I have amazing roommates as well, which makes the experience better.
It's weird that a hostel allows kids (below legal age) to stay, while the hostel has a bar and also karaoke event with free shot to the singers. Other than that, it will be better if guests can lend a locker lock (can be with deposit) instead of having to buy it.

Breakfast Buffet and location close to tram, pretty clean. Breakfast was good €11, had some eggs, sausage, different rolls and breads along with cereals and pastries. Drinks and coffee machine as well.
Stayed 4 nights. Gave 3 stars because there was hair on the wall, toilet paper holder was broken, and cracks on wall in shower. Pro is they gave body wash gel, however smell was strong and soap bars along with 2 plastic cups. Also, my room was freezing. I turned on split unit and put it on max, but was still cold in room. Amenities are good, but I didn’t really enjoy them since I was out most of the days. One thing I wasn’t happy about was that I couldn’t have my niece come up to give her things since I was visiting. Maybe something happened in the past since they’re so many students

Just the location in heart of florence, the rest was a total rip off
Very abnoxious, unproffesional and rude management , I had to ask for a refund and leave , also way overpriced too comerial cold distant and too many drunk people at the bar, harrassing me very dirty kitchen

Private room, very comfortable and spacious, clean and warm for an out of summer visit. Hotel is in a perfect location, easy walk from transport links. Private rooms in building B, much quieter than the main building.
My only negative was the check in process, arrived around 8pm and it was very chaotic. You need to get a ticket and wait to be called to the desk but this is not clear as the machine for a ticket is next to the entrance. There were a lot of people waiting, with existing guests appearing to walk up without a ticket with queries. The staff are lovely and the principle of the system should work, and when eventually served it was quick, however it was a very slow process overall.

Great room, everything is clean and well designed. The location is great, near the city center and you can go everywhere by walking.
Also there is a great view of the whole city on the 5th floor
