The room was very spacious with individual bed, we booked for 3 person. The amenities was great, and the bathroom was very clean. The check-in process was very smooth!
Guests who carry big suitcase like me found it hard to carry the luggage to reception area because of the steps in front of the main entrance.

The place was clean and well organized. There was a rooftop, a swimming pool and restaurant. It is a big with two buildings. The location was 10 min from the train station and within walking distance to tourist attractions. It was also near a stop of tram line 2 that takes you to the airport. I stayed un a four bed room. Nice big locker, you could even hang clothes. A table and chair in the room. Individual lights and sockets for every bed.
Not a big issue for me, but there were these metal beds that make some noise when somebody moves when sleeping.

It has a lot of facilities (though I didn’t manage to use the pool or sauna for lack of time unfortunately) and the staff was really friendly.
The only down point was the fact that the common room closed relatively early in the evening, but there was the bar anyway so not much of a problem.

Good budget Hotel. Excellent location on eazy walk into the central attractions of Florence. An easy walk to the main station. Easy to find. Easy check-in. Good facilities we had a lovely room for the money which is included a balcony it felt safe provided left luggage and lift to our floor.

It was really close to the downtown and the commmon areas were really amazing, including the pool.
The room I had was somewhat small even for only 4 people. Additionally, they don't have very secure lockers so I was worried all the time about my belongings. There are some appliances which need update (elevator, energy/ electricity room system, some showers, the lounge room)

Perfect location, amazing people and a friendly atmosphere. I was in a private room but this was by far one of the best places I stayed on my trip and made for a very good time even for the short time I was there. Almost wanted to extend my stay!
There's no outlet next to the bed, but there is one on the wall near the bed, just need slightly more effort to turn my alarms off
