When i booked this i didnt expect much with it being a hostel however this place was great! The bar, food, vibe was just great. They had music out in the garden terrace where people sat to have a drink or food. Some people even up dancing. Staff were very nice. I booked another hotel for the night before and wish i had have stayed here instead. I stayed in an 8 bed dorm which was fine. Basic, clean. Couldnt ask for more for the price. Would absolutely recommend.
Nothing major but sat down for dinner and nobody come over. After 15 mins I had to go up to the waiter and ask him to take me order. It wasnt very busy at the time either. Check in took a little longer than id hoped. Around 39 mins before i got called but Antonio at the desk was great checking me in!

This hostel has all the conveniences of a hotel including towels, crisp bed sheets, quality beds (bunks), a pool and sauna, buffet breakfast (great cappuccino) and very helpful staff. You can’t beat it for the price. 5*
Some shelf space in the shared en-suite bathroom would be helpful.

My first experience with a hostel and I suspect that it will be a challenge for others to ever measure up. Extremely clean. Kind staff. Excellent location. Fantastic value.
Having a top bunk was a challenge as every movement caused the bed to squeak and moan. I suspect this was an issue with my specific bunk as the other bunk in the room did not have the same issue. Large groups would check in, creating massive back ups in the reception area and making it difficult if you needed the desk, working space or even to get to the exit. There isnt really a "crowded control" mechanism. This was relatively minor all thongs considered.

The location is great! Close to the train and within walking distance to just about everything.
I did not realize that I did not select a same gender room. So it was a surprise to wake up the next morning with a male in the room. Fortunately, all of the roommates were amazing.

Very close to the tram from the airport. Easy to get to all main sightseeing destinations. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Clean, nice staff, organized check-in process. Bring a locker for the closet (very spacious) to keep your belongings safe, you are sharing with others.
Nothing really, it was just a little uncomfortable for my parents as we just needed a place for 5 hours. This is mostly for the younger crowd.

Comfortable bed and good cleaning service. Walking distance from the cathedral.
Windows don't seal great and thus quite a lot of noise comes in at night. Especially if the room is close to the bar.
Checking in is quite slow and done by having to print a ticket number first.
