It was clean for the most part, but I didn’t have any issues with it and I have OCD lol. The staff was kind, and the pool area was very cute.
We stayed in a private room that was in a different building than the main office. It was unfortunate they didn’t have a phone in the room to contact the front desk. Because from 9pm to 1am every single night, our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were doing renovations and tap dancing all in one. So I barely slept. It is a hostel, and although the private room seems like a good hotel alternative… it doesn’t equally match. I understand it’s a lot of younger travelers staying here that tend to make a bit more noise. But if you’re a heavy sleeper it probably wouldn’t matter!

The property was very clean & well kept. Everything looked new. It was a huge place but the staff was able to provide great service even with the large number of guests. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet you could prepay in your room cost or directly to the breakfast cashier for 11 euros. The buffet was very extensive with lots of wonderful items! The coffee was really good, too! The hotel had some good amenities like a pool and snack bar as well as a restaurant. The inventory of rooms had several different types of rooms from dormitory style to private rooms with en-suite bathrooms. We loved the shower! We were 3 people in our seventies and felt quite at home there even though we were some of the oldest. There was such a variety of people, all ages and all nationalities. We really loved that. The room was very basic but had what we needed, 3 single beds, and an en-suite bathroom. There was a TV as well. The room had no other accoutrements but we needed it for one night for a good night sleep and we certainly got that. Andre, one of the receptionists, was very helpful.

The hotel was located very close to the city center, very convenient. The staff was kind and helpful, they allowed me to check-in slightly earlier, and I appreaciated this because I was arriving from a long trip. The room was very clean, they provided towels and comfy beds. Best value price, I would definitely come back.
Some nets for the windows would be nice to add since people opened the windows and a lot of mosquitoes came in.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to many scenic places, which made it easy to explore the area. I also liked having the option to purchase breakfast at the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Very clean bedroom & private bathroom, with terrace outside. Hot water & good water pressure. Good location for the tram to & from the airport & walking distance (15-20 mins) from the main sightseeing locations.
We arrived after 11pm on a Thursday evening and had to wait about half an hour to check in, as there was only one person on the desk.

This hostel was perfectly fine for my stay in Florence and offered good value for money.
The rooms were clean and airy, and I didn't notice any significant noise that would disturb my stay. The bathroom was modern, and I really appreciated that soap and shampoo were provided free of charge.
Just a heads-up: the so-called "gym" only has three exercise machines, so don't expect to get a proper workout there.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to leave my luggage at the hostel upon arrival and head straight out to explore the city. I completed the check-in process in advance, so all I had to do in the evening was pick up my room key card.

The hostel felt very safe, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I stayed in a female dorm with a private bathroom, and both the room and bathroom were generally clean. Although the location may look a little far from the city centre on the map, I could easily walk to all the main attractions, and the tram stop for the airport was very close, making travelling to and from the airport really convenient.
As with most hostels, there can be some noise at night, such as people talking or snoring, which may affect your sleep. However, these are common issues with shared accommodation rather than specific problems with this hostel.
