Very Good
The location is perfect. We had a room with a great view out of the small window. The breakfast was great. The lounge on the 1st floor is great. The drinks prices in the reception are great value for money.
The rooftop bar and the basement floor with the Roman ruins were closed. Last time we stayed here we booked a private tour of Sienna and San Gimigagno which was brilliant but they don't do that anymore they gave us a leaflet for us to book ourselves and the tour wasn't as good.

Nice, modern, clean hotel in incredible location. Good breakfast selection. Friendly helpful staff.
The room wasn’t quite as pictured and there was little natural light, windows were facing a wall. Not a big deal as you’d be out all day anyway. There was some noise from the street at night.

Perfect location. It's right at the Ponte Vecchio and the neibourhood is really nice. It has many restaurants nearby and it takes only 10 min walk to the cathedral.

There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom one day. The staff told us we could change to a different room to solve it so they offered us a solution.
