Lovely staff, they were very kind and helpful.
Breakfast was good. Comfortable room with good space.
You could buy drinks and snacks on the ground floor for a good price considering it's a hotel.
Nice views from breakfast room.
The hotel is right next to Ponte Vecchio so the location is very convenient and really nice!
The elevator was out of orden twice during our 3 nights stay.
There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom one day. The staff told us we could change to a different room to solve it so they offered us a solution.

Great room. Perfect location right on Ponte Vecchio. Room was spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and accomodated all of our requests. Very reasonably priced. Well above expectations.
I don't have anything negative to say about this location. For the price range and the star rating, this is actually perfect.
