This is a great hotel in a great location. The staff was helpful, the elevator worked, the rooms were clean and comfy BUT...the hotel smelled of sewer quite often.

Really great location and very nice. Great room and facilities,kites and really friendly staff, we were grateful they take baggage before you check in. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent location, spacious and very clean room. Friendly staff.
The outdoor rooftop facility was not as expected based on prior stays. There was no bar service, and no real outdoor rooftop setting. Only a self service wine dispenser and only red wine.

Location, staff, breakfast, good shower. Mama Gina’s restaurant nearby was delicious.
No mirror in the bedroom. We needed somewhere to hang towels.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable (slightly firm) and the shower pressure was great! The air conditioning could be a little better, although we were in Florence on some exceptionally hot days, and the room was cool—but never quite cold—within a few minutes. The location was unbeatable! Not far from the major sites, but being on the other side of the river allowed us a slightly different experience each day. There are excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk of the hotel. Great breakfast every morning, with a selection of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, warm items including eggs, assorted pastries, yogurt and juices. And a fresh cappuccino to begin each day! Would recommend and would stay again!
