Great room. Perfect location right on Ponte Vecchio. Room was spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and accomodated all of our requests. Very reasonably priced. Well above expectations.
I don't have anything negative to say about this location. For the price range and the star rating, this is actually perfect.

The location is very good, is directly in front of Ponte Vecchio, walkable distance to Duomo and other attractions. The room is very clean, comfortable bed and the lounge area is very relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in Florence!

Location, front office staff, breakfast staff,
and housekeeping were all very friendly and the food was delicious. Also made use of the 24-hour tea and coffee area.
