Pleasant
- Scrambled eggs and sausage are parts of the breakfast which are nice. Not a lot of places in Italy offer warm food for breakfast. Pretty good variety for breakfast.
- Room is clean enough.
- Great location (right by Ponte Vecchio).
- Construction/ repair work happening on the floor right below us. On our first day when everyone was still tired, we couldn't rest during the day because the drilling sound was so loud and continuous, literally nonstop. We complained and was told we can't change the room till tomorrow. So we had to leave the hotel till they stopped working at 5pm. But in fact we wanted to stay and rest but couldn't.
If you have guests, you should have informed them in advance and/or change room or don't do it while guests are there!
- Also, for a 4-star hotel, the room doesn't look as shiny and new as the pictures show

Very Good
Room was COLD on Oct 18 and heat not expected to be turned on for a week. After two requests, staff provided us with heat sand, which helped a great deal.
Like the location, and cleanliness. Room is small, but comfortable. Included breakfast is very good.

Great, friendly staff. Location terrific. The renovated room was lovely. Would suggest a light next to bathroom mirror, better for applying makeup. Overhead light casts shadow on your face

The hotel was lovely. The room was very spacious. The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff was very helpful.
As nice and spacious the room was, the bathroom has no place to put your toiletries or even hang towels. There was space to add a small table or shelf.

GREAT location. Very walkable to everything. Helpful front desk staff. Hotel common areas and rooms need a serious facelift. Aging and tired. Smelly hallway carpet. Rooms are extremely dated with gurgling plumbing. Awful mattress and pillows. Mediocre breakfast at best with not great coffee.

The location of the hotel is great and within walking distance to many of the attractions in Florence. The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel service was good.

Room 318 was the best! Large room and large bathroom. Location, location, location was only a few hundread fett from the Ponte Vecchio bridge. Places to eat close by.
Room 213 was small for premium but receptionist had no issue changing our room after the first night,
