We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable (slightly firm) and the shower pressure was great! The air conditioning could be a little better, although we were in Florence on some exceptionally hot days, and the room was cool—but never quite cold—within a few minutes. The location was unbeatable! Not far from the major sites, but being on the other side of the river allowed us a slightly different experience each day. There are excellent restaurants within a few minutes’ walk of the hotel. Great breakfast every morning, with a selection of breads, cold cuts, cheeses, warm items including eggs, assorted pastries, yogurt and juices. And a fresh cappuccino to begin each day! Would recommend and would stay again!

It was the best place we stayed during our Italy trip.
Location is perfect, we were a bit unsure of being on the side of the bridge but it was the best decision. Everything is reachable at walking distance and there’s a good mix of high end restaurants and local restaurants. The hotel has a lift which seems to be a rare find in Italy, so no climbing stairs with heavy luggage is a great bonus. Breakfast has gf options which is another great bonus for me. The terrace has a nice view.
Room is comfortable, but there were a few marks on the walls.
There is an empty mini bar in the room and when we asked the receptionist he said we could buy the drinks on the vending machine downstairs. Bathroom is quite small, but ok.
