We found the coffee at breakfast to strong and bitter to our taste.
It would be helpful to have somewhere in the bathroom to hang towels. This would reduce need for clean towels each day and thus save washing and water

The room was a good size and had comfortable bed. Great view from the window. The breakfast offering was great and it was in a room with a great view of the city.
Street noise into the late night, and other guest noises due to very little insulation ad tiled floors.

Tiniest bathroom ever but functioned perfectly. Shower was powerful and hot water constant. Wouldn’t say we didn’t like it just could have done with being a little bigger. Very clean

Location is excellent. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable.
We were on the first floor and the noise from the road below was bad, especially as a few cobble stones were loose and vehicles kept going over them and it echoed. So not good if you are a light sleeper. Not enough sockets for charging phones etc using adapters. One coffee machine, which regularly stopped working, is not enough to cope with the number of guests having breakfast. Staff in the breakfast area were very helpful and worked hard. But the seeming leader, Laura, needs to smile more. The others were very cheerful.

The location is perfect. We had a room with a great view out of the small window. The breakfast was great. The lounge on the 1st floor is great. The drinks prices in the reception are great value for money.
The rooftop bar and the basement floor with the Roman ruins were closed. Last time we stayed here we booked a private tour of Sienna and San Gimigagno which was brilliant but they don't do that anymore they gave us a leaflet for us to book ourselves and the tour wasn't as good.
