What a wonderful location for this lovely establishment comprising well-appointed studio apartments situated in a historic building. I was met by Taro who was helpful throughout my stay answering any questions and booking a taxi at the end. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There is plenty of storage space. I stayed two weeks and enjoyed the opportunity to prepare some meals using ingredients from the Central Market 600 metres away as well as the supermarket located a short block away. The kitchen had everything needed. There are also plenty of eating choices very close by not to mention the fabulous gelati a few doors down.

The apartment is in a lovely old building in the heart of Florence - just a few steps from the sights, shops, restaurants etc. The room was large, spacious and clean and with comfortable furniture. Our room was at the back so there was no view but it was quiet.
The owner was friendly and very helpful with general information and welcoming us even though my friend and I had to arrive separately. The cleaning staff were lovely and the place was spotlessly clean. The food area could be closed off which was nice (but limited space if cooking a lot).
We loved staying in a characterful building with lovely owner and staff.

The location was perfect! 1.5 blocks from the Duomo, and central to all the museums and churches. The kitchen was well supplied, cleaning services every couple of days. Our room looked out on a little courtyard. When we opened windows you could hear the church bells. Bed comfy. The staff were wonderful, met us for an early check in and checked in to make sure we were happy. Market in next block and many types of little stores and cafes nearby. We were very happy hear!

The room was very large and sizeable. Bathroom was well-kept and the cleaning service is every other day. The television had NetFlix and Prime so I could kill a few hours in the room, while I recover from seeing all the sights. Taro was very helpful and stayed to wait for me when my flight from Munich was delayed by about 3 hours.
The City Tax. I knew it was expected from my bill but I didn't understand why this was a seperate amount from the total. Other than that my stay was very nice.

Taro is a great host, very friendly and helpfull. The location is simply amazing. When stepping out of the front door you directly have a view on the cathedral which is located at the end of the street. The apartment is spacious with nice high ceilings and a small kitchen.
If we would ever visit Florence again we would definitely book this accomodatie again!
Although there is always something that could be better I seriously cannot think of anything for this accommodation.
