I liked the location; it was in the heart of Florence and near most of the main attractions. As for the room, the view from the windows was breathtaking. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. Moreover, I wiuld like to thank Matteo for his help and making our check-in go smoothly especially after our train delay from Rome.

This was the ultimate location! Extrememly central to everything Florence has to offer. Secure, comfortable and quiet and the added bonus of opening the window and listening to the many beautiful musicians playing on the street not far. The staff were super helpful and made our stay perfect!

The staff was friendly and very responsive to our needs. The room decor was beautiful, location is very central and walking distance to Duomo, Accademia Gallery and other attractions. We really enjoyed our stay at Parione Uno and would highly recommend it.
The room was a bit tight for our family of four. It would also be nice to have a mirror in the room.

The staff was friendly and communicated well with us about the check in process via WhatsApp. The room was very clean and had air conditioning (not all hotels in this area have that). There was also an elevator. It was in a very convenient and nice area.

Great location, an easy walk to all of the main sites of Florence and not too far from train station. Older building and small room but fully renovated bathroom with high quality towels and bed linens. Very clean and staff was highly responsive helping us call taxis etc. Highly recommend the property!!

Centrally located to all the places you want to visit in Florence. A short walk from Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore/baptistry/museum, Palazzo Medici, etc. in other words, excellent location. Actual space: Charming. We loved the rustic elements combined with the modern amenities. The elevator was clutch as we were traveling with my mom (69) and my niece (3). The rooms are air conditioned and it was great after a long hot day walking outside. Matteo was super helpful and gave us a great recommendation for some excellent gelato.

Right in the heart of Florence walking district, I really mean just outside the door.
I would suggest calling Mateo before venturing into the area because of the narrow one way streets, he will assist.
The parking garage is just a short distance away, very helpful folks, a little expensive, but you can see why when you get into the district.

The location was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Matteo came in early because our train was coming in early.
We didn’t have a good view of the city but I’m not even complaining about it. I’d still pick this property again.

This is a great location about 10 minutes from plaza Santa Maria Novella and the train station. And it’s also 5 minutes from Ponte Vecchio. You’ve got fabulous shopping right around the corner like Ferragamo, Burberry and Tiffany and Giacosa is 3 minutes away.
The air conditioner was good! This is challenging sometimes in Europe.
Best part was the communication with the owners. They really go above and beyond to look forward to and enjoy our stay!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable flat in an EXCEPTIONAL location in Florence close to everything you want to see! Owner is very communicative and helpful with any trip planning needs. Highly recommend Pario e Uno for your next stay!
AC turned off on us while we were gone for the day so got back to a hot room, but cooled it off pretty quick after we returned.
