There were no tea making facilities in the room. Only complimentary coffee offered in the lounge that cuts off at 6pm

This gorgeous property is within walking distance of many restaurants and sites, yet is not in the bustling (and loud) night life area. Short walk to Prazzle Michaelangelo for the Florentine skyline and sunset a must.
No complaints at all. One morning we woke, opened the veranda door, and enjoyed the singing birds and someone nearby playing the cello. It was fabulous.

Fantastic location in the beautiful San Niccol Quarter. Staff readily available via text and super helpful with all enquiries. The room and bathroom are brilliantly set up and designed - felt really cosy and comfortable staying there. Loved it! Also a gorgeous garden/courtyard area to chill and take the sun in. Highly recommend. Will return!

Location was amazing. Courtyard was relaxing. Loved that we had a little balcony to read on.
I couldn't figure out how to turn the lights off with the energy saver. As well, the nighlights that kicked on at night were very bright.

Beautiful garden and facilities overall. Location was also ver my convenient as the bus stop was just 4 mins away walking and the best viewpoint of the city was only 10 min walk. Recommend
