Everything was really wonderful - location, old building renovated with great taste and style, quiet street in the very center of Florence.
The photos were very misleading and the room was definitely too small for a family of four. The description said there was a "kitchen". Well..."the"kitchen" consisted of a sink, hob and oven crammed into a wardrobe, no extractor and when used it set off a fire alarm :)
Apart from that - everything was great :)

Nice area of Florence, close to the local bus route and walks into the central areas. Well maintained property and amenities. Very easy to contact someone for customer care via the app. Very helpful that you can arrive from the morning of your check in time and leave your luggage, and again on check-out day. This took some of the stress out of travelling.
The only thing I would improve is that there could have been additional bedding available - I was a bit cold - yes there was adequate heating in the room but I would prefer a spare blanket instead of sleeping with the heating on.

Great location. Easy access. Amazing garden and cafe/restaurant. The room is spacious and full of amenities.
The room we got had nothing to do with the pictures in their site. No decorations with back street view. (Check the attached pics) We contacted the management and they said they were fully booked. There is no elevator so get ready to carry your own luggage. We lost our mug in the lobby and I informed the management but they only replied after couple of hours of the check out :)

We have enjoyed our stay, it is a very beautiful location with the most beautiful garden and a very good café/restaurant downstairs. Definitely a must visit.
It was quite challenging to get the hang of the AC system.

The only positives were the nice courtyard and the convenient location.
The photos of the property were quite misleading. The room we got looked nothing like the nice one shown in most of the pictures.
When we arrived, the room was cold and there was no heating available — even though the listing clearly says that the property provides heating. We were later told that the heating only works from November, which was disappointing given that it was already quite chilly in late October.
The cleanliness was below expectations: the floor didn’t look properly cleaned, there were footprints on the ceiling, and overall the room didn’t feel very fresh. There were also mosquitoes inside. The soundproofing was very poor — we could clearly hear people walking in the room above us and conversations from outside. It was not a restful stay, and the fact that earplugs were provided in advance says a lot.
The curtains were very thin and see-through, offering almost no privacy from the building across the street.
Overall, the place felt overpriced for what it offered.

This was a fantastic location to walk to all the big Florence attractions. I loved the neighborhood and also the access to a garden sitting area and also the washer and dryer in the basement.
I complained about the lack of shampoo (lotion was in the shower instead of shampoo) and did not get a response until 3 days after leaving. We never got the issue resolved.

No one to talk to. Radiators didnt work. One small air condition for a large app
9-11 degres at night with a small baby.
2 suitcases a trolly and a baby and a lot of very big stairs.
The room was very dark.
They Cant help with parking and cant help with taxis. No cleaning only a place were you can take stuff if you need.
Feels like a guesthouse but you pay like a hotel
Not my cup of tea.

Location is very ideal and getting in and out of apartment was ideal.
The beds were comfy, but not in a "cozy" setting. It's not a 4 star hotel...more like an apartment or airbnb. Room was nice, but pictures on google are extremely deceiving.

The second set of stairs to the room were uneven, so it was hard with luggage, but also expected in an older building. But they should definitely mention that.

our stay here was wonderful. The restaurant attached had amazing healthy food and was convenient when we didn't want to go out in the heat of the day. Location was exceptional it was out of the tourist area but a short walk over the beautiful bridge into the hustle of it all. in the location you are right down the street from awesome restaurants and a cafe with delicious and reasonable priced coffee and pastries.
The room was smaller than expected from the pictures.

This place is a little paradise with more style than 99% of other places. 4+ meter high ceiling in the bedroom, a magical garden in the back with banana trees. It's probably the best accommodation I've stayed at in Italy.
Check-in is automated, but I guess this means lower room prices.

We absolutely loved staying here at Numa in Florence. The location was perfect, the building stunning and the garden so calming and inviting. The room was great with a comfy bed and beautiful decorations, plus all the basics we needed for a few days. We loved that they offered free lockers for the day of our departure, and the in house cafe was also great. For a cheaper breakfast option just head outside and walk no more than 3 minutes to find plenty of options.
The walls seemed a bit thin as we could hear the family next door talk, shower, peruse. If we spoke Dutch, we would have known everything :D
