The location of the property was amazing. Very close and walkable distance to the must see attractions. The front desk reception was very helpful in checking us in and walking us through on what to see. The place was comfortable for two people.

For one week, we lived a Florentine dream at Palazzo Ridolfi
Our apartment welcomed us like a scene from a Renaissance painting,
With high ceilings adorned with hand-painted details.
The light spilled through the large windows,
Where the rooftops of Florence greeted us each morning,
Whispering the city’s ancient secrets.
The parquet floors creaked softly beneath our steps,
The drapes, rich and flowing, framed our days like velvet curtains on a stage.
And on the bed, a heart made of red rose petals awaited us.
A gesture so delicate, it made us feel instantly cherished.
There was a graceful desk inviting reflection.
A freestanding bathtub in the bedroom
a touch of timeless romance.
And a modern bathroom that blended comfort and beauty with quiet ease.
Even the little coffee corner in the room brought us warmth each morning.
Every detail was lovingly thought out.
But it wasn’t just the place—it was the people who made this stay unforgettable.
Francesca and Evita… what beautiful souls.
Their kindness went beyond hospitality.
They became our guides, our helpers, our friends.
With every recommendation and thoughtful gesture.
They made sure we felt not like guests, but family.
Silvia, with her sweet smile, always eager to share tips on where to eat.
Sara, a radiant presence, preparing our breakfast with care, her fresh scrambled eggs the perfect start to our day.
Natalia, Matteo, Alessio—always smiling,
Always ready to offer more than we could ask for.
Even when we left for Venice and returned days later,
They took care of everything—moving our luggage, keeping everything safe.
We felt so deeply taken care of, in every possible way.
And the breakfasts… oh, the breakfasts.
Perhaps the best we’ve ever had.
Palazzo Ridolfi was more than a place to stay, It was a sanctuary.
A poetic pause in our journey,
A reminder of what it means to feel at home… even when far from home.

Very central location, charming old building and renovated rooms and bathrooms.
They don't have their own parking, they work with a separate garage that does Vallet and you need to leave your car keys.

We had a great stay here during our trip to Florence. The location is right in the center, which made it really easy to walk to all the main sights, but it was also surprisingly quiet at night which we really appreciated.
The room was in perfect condition and very clean. The bed was especially comfortable, one the best we’ve slept in on any trip. You can tell a lot of care goes into maintaining the place.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They took the time to show us the best places to visit, eat, and explore, which really helped us make the most of our stay.
The building itself has a lot of charm and character, with a real sense of history. It added something special to the experience.
All in all, a solid 10/10. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Florence.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful and roomy accommodations and the friendly and helpful staff. We loved the excellent quiet location of the hotel. It offered ample dining, shopping and entertainment options nearby
Housekeeping was not always consistent. Once, we came back in the late afternoon and our rooms were not serviced yet. We also had to request that housekeeping give us enough towels. They were leaving us with 1 less towel for the first few days of our stay. Shampoo was also not being replenished daily. I had to ask the front desk for some.

Beautiful old palazzo that has been updated and modernized, but still maintaining its historical charm. Fantastic location in the heart of Florence, just steps from the river, many fantastic shops and the Palazzo Pitti. The staff was very helpful and made some great recommendations for things to do and see in the city. Breakfast was very nice and served in a beautiful dining room. We will definitely be back!
Access to the property through the main gate is a bit awkward and the elevator is very small. However, these are minor inconveniences in an otherwise fantastic place

Location is perfect, close to tourist areas and restaurants. Accessibility is good too, easy for taxis.
Entrance late at night is a bit unique as it’s an old building. Good thing they have an elevator as the hotel is in the 2nd floor.
