The location was excellent - a block from the Pitti Palace and a beautiful square with lively restaurants and a rooftop bar. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Hotel is very atmospheric; it's like stepping back in time and living in a grand old street. Rooms are tastefully decorated and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious.
I appreciated the safe but it was small and had quite a few steps to make it function.

Only suggestion would be a coffee machine and a few pods would be nice. Very minor and I would definitely stay again.

Great location. Beautiful room. We felt like we were in the less touristy part of Florence, creating a more authentic experience, yet close to everything. All the staff were extremely helpful, gracious, and accommodating to our needs.

Great location, very clean
AC was not turned on for the season yet. Room was very warm so slept with window open which made for very noisy nights and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. Very tight space with limited in room amenities.

Amazing value considering the size and location of this residence. The historical architecture of the place and the views from the windows was magnificent.
The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to fulfill any request.
Penthouse apartment stairs were a bit long, almost 2 floors of stairs. Hard to carry luggage up. Temperature was too hot — no cold AC.

Honestly, everything was perfect. Our room was so incredibly well decorated and comfortable. It felt like staying in a painting. Breakfast was great and in a beautiful room. The location was very central as well, so easy to find after walking around Florence. I highly recommend.

Bed was firm and very comfortable, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, building is beautiful inside and out, location was perfect
The only complaint would be the street is busy and the inner courtyard stones are old and beautiful but slightly difficult to walk on, and roll luggage. Breakfast was okay - not worth €15/pp

I have been to Florence several times, but always stayed near Ufizzi. This time we wanted a slower experience, so after much research we chose this Palazzo and we could not have been happier. We stayed in the Royal Suite and it was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in! When we arrived, the market was happening in the Santo Spirito square…so we got to explore a bit of the Oltrarno neighborhood. Thank you for an amazing stay with stunning frescos on the ceiling! There is also an elevator for those of us that don’t love stairs!

The staff was amazing! They gave us great suggestions of how to best experience the city from food to experiences. They helped us with anything we needed. The staff was probably the best part of our experience. I would def on stay there every time I came to Florence.

Palace Ridolfi met all of our expectations. We actually stayed across the street in a second Palazzo from the 16th Century.
This lodging also had a staff member present until 2000 hours. The rooms were very spacious with modern conveniences.
Breakfast was in the main building but was not an inconvenience. Eggs and hot beverages were made at your request.
All the staff was very lovely and we especially liked Natalie.
Absolutely nothing. It is only a 20 minute walk to the Duomo, but much quieter than staying in a Hotel in the city center.
Any request we had was promptly accomplished. One of the nicest places we have stayed while travelling to over 100 countries and territories.
