Palace Ridolfi met all of our expectations. We actually stayed across the street in a second Palazzo from the 16th Century.
This lodging also had a staff member present until 2000 hours. The rooms were very spacious with modern conveniences.
Breakfast was in the main building but was not an inconvenience. Eggs and hot beverages were made at your request.
All the staff was very lovely and we especially liked Natalie.
Absolutely nothing. It is only a 20 minute walk to the Duomo, but much quieter than staying in a Hotel in the city center.
Any request we had was promptly accomplished. One of the nicest places we have stayed while travelling to over 100 countries and territories.

I originally booked expecting a traditional Airbnb apartment, but it turned out to be a boutique hotel with full service — and it was a great surprise. The building is a beautifully remodeled old palace. Our unit was two stories: a spacious living room and kitchen on the lower level, and a bedroom plus sofa bed on the upper level. It comfortably fits four people.
The staff were extremely helpful. At check-in, they gave us a full orientation of the city and recommended some excellent restaurants. The location is fantastic — close to Ponte Santa Trinita and within easy walking distance to almost everything.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.
Also the place has fully equipped kitchen, we did not use it except the espresso machine. There are so many good restaurants around.

Very nice staff, nice room, comfortable including the bathroom. Breakfast is great, many options to choose from.
For a suite having the second bed as an uncomfortable couch is not a good option. Need to upgrade that, if retaining it as a suite booking option.

The room was large with a beautiful view and beautiful frescoes on the ceiling.
The mattress was horrible, comparable to a cheap motel and is the main reason for the low score (as already stated, the room was otherwise delightful). But a poor quality mattress which prevents a good night's sleep at this price point? For the price of 7 nights in this room please buy new quality mattresses.

This is a great location, close enough to the major attractions but a little secluded and quiet, really enjoyed staying here.

The location of the property was amazing. Very close and walkable distance to the must see attractions. The front desk reception was very helpful in checking us in and walking us through on what to see. The place was comfortable for two people.
