The location of the property was amazing. Very close and walkable distance to the must see attractions. The front desk reception was very helpful in checking us in and walking us through on what to see. The place was comfortable for two people.

Brilliant location just a stones throw from the Ponte Vecchio, easy to get everywhere on foot. Found some great food within 5 minutes walk. Room was very clean and the bed was supremely comfortable! Daily cleaning service and stocking up on tea/coffee etc was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful - the car parking service although quite expensive (€30 p day) was very well run with the car being dropped at the door for us on check out.
The only thing was that the room had very little natural light due to the nature of the windows being so high up and facing another wall and it felt a bit dark at times - didn’t bother us too much as it’s autumn and we weren’t expecting too much sunshine in the room/we were out a lot! Might have bothered me more if I’d come in summer for sunshine etc.

The entrance, location and interiors. Staff were incredible. Location is awesome!!
Honestly I expected a little more from the room, the pictures on booking.com are obviously of suites and we weren’t in one. I wish we had been let’s put it that way.

We've stayed here before, and were delighted that nothing had changed in the quality of setting and service. Nothing we asked for was too much, from recommendations and booking of restaurants, to queries about local shops. We have fixed Palazzo Ridolfi - Residenza d'Epoca as where we'll stay an time we're in Florence.
Errr.... nothing.
Maybe the breakfast was a bit on the slender side, but we ate out most of the time.

Very comfortable rooms with an especially comfortable bed. The location is perfect for a short walk into town but away from the hot tourist spots.

The location was sensational and room was so nice and spacious we felt like we could truly relax out of the bustle of the city but the best part was the attention and detail from all the staff who went out of their way to accommodate and assist us during the stay.
