Our accommodation was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect! It was in a very strategic spot, tucked away from the busy, crowded streets but still only a couple of minutes’ walk from everything and the main attractions.
And not to mention, the building itself is full of history and has a beautiful story behind it, which you can see in the details on the walls and the exterior of the building.
The streets just behind us were quieter and seemed to be where more of the locals stayed, which we really loved. Everything was within walking distance, with a maximum of around 20 minutes on foot. But honestly, walking through Florence’s beautiful streets makes the time fly!
The team were friendly and kind, and they helped us with recommendations and restaurant bookings, which we really appreciated.
Our room was one of the suites in the separate building, and it was stunning! The room was clean and was serviced daily, which was great.
Overall, we were very happy with our accommodation and its location

We stayed in the penthouse apartment, which was very spacious and clean and offered great views. The location is also very central and convenient. They also offer a beautiful breakfast in the morning. The biggest problem was they did not mention while there is an elevator that takes you to the front door of the apartment, there are another 3.5 flights of staircases before you can reach the interior of the apartment, and to have access to the bathroom, one will have to go up and down ~8 steps of stairs. This is very inconvenient or unsafe at night if traveling with elderly or young kids and completely unsuitable for those with limited mobility. The staff were very friendly and tried to offer alternatives, including a full refund, but having to find and move to another hotel when we are there for a short stay is a waste of time. We will return if we are able to book a room in the main floor.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was terrific and the room was so big and comfortable. It is a unique boutique stay that I could not recommend enough.
