Location and view of the Duomo
It is not something that can be changed, but well carrying suitcases down the stairs is very uncomfortable, the elevator is very narrow only 2 people enter at a time and is very slow.

the staff particularly Luca were exceptionally attentive and helpful. we had a very lovely greeting and they went the extra mile when they heard it was our 40th wedding anniversary! the olde world charm of the building and decor was lovely and as expected.
it was incredibly noisy at night. we could hear groups of party goers rampaging up and down the streets until 2-3am. our fault really as it is such a central location so it has its benefits and drawbacks

Had a wonderful stay at palazzo niccolini a lovely surprise to be upgraded to a suite which was everything we could wish for Beautiful rooms, so comfortable and the little touches were fabulous. Warm and extremely friendly staff,we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, thankyou. Made our trip to Florence even more special.

Amazing view phenomenal stay at the panoramic suite with Jacuzzi
The water in the jacuzzi was too hot but still the jacuzzi was the highlight of the stay
