Breakfast and location was exceptional
1.Room was not soundproof as my room was “1” near reception and lounge. I can hear all talking at reception and lounge. During daytime, it was so noisy.
2. Staff were generally not friendly and kind for us.

It felt like staying in a very antique castle. It is a hotel with a good location where you can see the Duomo Cathedral directly from the window. I remember how kind the man who kept the room cleaning
The refrigerator is too small. And one day, the elevator broke down, so I had to walk around, which was a bit tough.

Great location and very nice concept. The staff is very friendly the rooms very clean and nice. The Breakfast was amazing, I will definitely stay over if I would have the chance and I will recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Florence, ??

The room was stunning with all the Fresco's it gave a very authentic Florentine feel. The location could not have been better for us, waking up on Sunday morning to the bells from St Maria Cathedral was so special. The poetry as part of the turn down routine was such a lovely touch.
It would have been nice to have fresh complimentary water every day and not just on the day of arrival.
