The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.
As the hotel had a spa, I thought this would also include a pool. The photos were a bit misleading.
My husband wasn't very impressed with the breakfasts.
It was a bit further away from the centre of Florence than we would have liked with hindsight and there wasn't a great variety of places to eat/drink in the locality.
There is also no hotel bar.

Was an excellent, premium hotel.
Was extremely comfortable, great facilities and an amazing breakfast.
While it was excellent, it was definitely at the higher end of my price point. And although I thoroughly enjoyed it, I would be seeking cheaper options.

Good location, lovely big room, comfy bed. Beautiful surroundings, lovely building, staff generally very friendly, only a 15 minute walk from main tourist area. Quiet and serene hotel.
The hairdryer was pretty useless.
The fitness room was not that well equipped.

Classy boutique hotel with outdoor terrace for breakfast and drinks. The Spa is very private and nice to have a spa treatment on a city break. Great after a long flight. Staff were very helpful and friendly, allowing us to wait a while in lounge for our taxi, a couple of hours after check out. Location is just off main centre, so a bit quieter and less crowded. Rooms have high ceiling and well equipped. Nespresso maker is a bonus. Breakfast spread is very nice and of excellent quality. Off centre Location is just right for us as we enjoy walking.

Hotel slightly outside the busy central part of Firenze, but this was perfect for us. From checking in, the welcome and helpfulness of staff was first class.
Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped.
Breakfast was varied and plentiful and could be taken inside or in the lovely courtyard.
We were so busy sightseeing that we didn't use the spa facilities.
Hotel 20-minute walk from centre or a bus could be taken within 5 minutes walk.
Limited sockets to charge items.
Mosquitoes, but this is an issue everywhere. The hotel did provide a plug-in anti mosquitoe.

Comfy beds, nice decor, great bathroom, friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Complementary cakes and refreshments throughout the day
Location. Its a good 25 minute walk into the main areas of Florence. There is also a lot of road works going on around the hotel.
The noise doesnt effect your sleep, but its just annoying to find crossings to get to the other side. You have to go further out of the way.

We chose this hotel for it's location away from the historic center of Florence and for the facilities. It was a great decision. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful and the facility lived up to the pictures (for a change!) which included a wonderful breakfast each morning. 20 minutes walk to the Florence's main attractions, was a lovely way to start each day. Overall a wonderful week in Florence and our best holiday in Italy to date.
The only slight issues was the upper rooms in the new building didn't have a lift facility, so if you have heavy luggage and you are located in a room on the top floor, you have to lift the bags down the stairs. Of course I could have asked for help from the hotel, but I didn't want to trouble them. They did of course carry them up for me on arrival, so that wasn't a problem.
